UPTET Application Form 2024: Registration Date, Steps to Apply

UPTET Application 2024: The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) releases the UPTET application form on the official website - updeled.gov.in. Candidates who wish to appear for the UPTET exam 2024 are required to fill the application form online. The registration process for both papers will be conducted separately. The application fee for UPTET 2024 paper 1 is INR 600 while for both papers, the application fee is set at INR 1200.

Candidates must check the prescribed UPTET eligibility criteria before registering for the exam. The application process consists of multiple steps including registration, filling out of application form and payment of requisite fees. While filling out the application form, candidates have to upload the required documents including their image and signature in the specified format.

The UPTET exam is a state-level teaching exam which has two papers - paper 1 and paper 2. While paper 1 is for candidates who wish to teach students of the primary level ( 1 to 5 classes ),  level 2 is for candidates who wish to teach students from the upper primary level ( 6 to 8 classes).

The UPTET application form is expected to be released soon. However, an official date regarding the release of the application form is yet to be announced by the authorities. The application process for UPTET consists of several steps from filling out the form to submitting the application fees. 

Only those candidates who have successfully submitted the application form will be eligible to get their UPTET admit card. The registration dates for UPTET 2024 and other details will be included in the official notification released by the conducting body.

Candidates can submit their application for the UPTET 2024 exam by following the instructions mentioned below.

Step 1: Fill UPTET application form 

• Go to the official website - updeled.gov.in
• Locate the link that mentions 'UPTET registration 2024' and click on that.
• A new window will appear on the screen.
• Click on the 'Apply here' button.
• Here, fill in the required details such as name, date of birth, etc. 
• Verify the details and click on proceed 
• Candidates have to note down the system-generated registration number

Step 2: UPTET Registration Verification 

Candidates must enter their registration number and the One-Time Password (OTP) in the designated fields for verification.

Step 3:  Fill Remaining Application Form 

Once successfully registered, candidates can fill the rest of the application form.  It must be noted that candidates cannot make any changes in the application form after it has been submitted.

Step 4:  Submission of UPTET Application Fee

Candidates must first log in to their registered account using their credentials to pay the application fee. Once logged in, applicants can use the online payment methods to submit the UPTET application fee.

UPTET Application 2024 - Correction Window 

The candidates will be give the provision to make changes (if any) in the application form. The correction window will be open for a specified time frame. In order to make corrections, candidates can follow the given steps : 

Step 1: Go to the official website 

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the application correction link 

Step 3:  Fill in the login details 

Step 4: Once logged in, candidates can make corrections in their application form 

Step 5: Once the changes are made, click on submit

Step 6: Download the application form and take a printout for future use
