UPTET Application Form 2023: Registration Date (SOON), Check Steps to Apply

UPTET Application 2023: UP Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) releases the UTET application form 2023 on the uptet officla website 2023. Candidates who are willing to appear for the UPTET exam are required to fill the UPTET application form 2023. Candidates have to apply for UPTET 2023 online by visiting the official website - updeled.gov.in. The UPTET registration process for both papers is different. While for UPTET 2023 level 1 fees is INR 600 whereas for both papers for general category is set as INR 1200.

While filling out the application form candidates have to upload the required documents including their photo, signature and others. It is mandatory for candidates to fill out the application form to appear for the teacher eligibility test. Candidates need to check their eligibility for the UPTET exam and then only they should fill out the application form. Further, the UPTET is a state-level teaching exam which has two papers - paper 1 and paper 2. While paper 1 is for those candidates who wish to teach students of the primary level ( 1 to 5 classes ),  level 2 is for those candidates who wish to teach students from the upper primary level ( 6 to 8 classes).

The UPTET application form is expected to be released soon. However, an official date regarding the release of the application form is yet to be announced by the authorities. Candidates who will not fill out the application form will not be allowed to sit in the examination hall.

UPTET Application Process 

To appear for the exam, candidates are advised to start with their application process. Since, the application process has several steps, candidates can take a look at how they can easily fill out the application form. 

Steps to UPTET Application Form 

Candidates can fill up and submit their application for the UPTET 2023 exam by following the instructions listed below.

Step 1: Fill UPTET application form 

• Go to the official website -http://updeled.gov.in/
• Candidates will find the link that reads 'UPTET'-- click on that
• Now, candidates will find a button which reads 'UPTET registration' -- click on that 
• Candidates will have to look for the link named 'candidate registration' -- click on that 
• At the bottom of the page, after carefully reading the instructions, candidates need to click on the Declaration checkbox.
• Candidates need to click on the 'apply here' button 
• Now, candidates need to fill in details such as name, DOB, first language, mother's name and others. 
• Once filled the details, candidates need to click on the declaration 
• Candidates need to verify the details which they have filled and click on proceed 
• Candidates have to jot down the system-generated registration number

Step 2: UPTET Registration Verification 

Candidates must enter their registration number and the One-Time Password (OTP) they received through email or mobile device for verification. Candidates should note that candidates who have successfully verified their registration details will be eligible to fill the rest of the UPTET application form. 

Step 3:  Fill Remaining Application Form 

Once the validation of the registration form is completed, candidates may then complete the rest of the form.   Candidates need to click on the "Submit" option after completing the form. It should be reminded that candidates cannot make any changes in the application form after it has been submitted.

Step 4:  Submission of UPTET Application Fees

Candidates must first log in to their registered account using their registration number and date of birth in order to pay the application fee. Once logged in, applicants can use a credit card or debit card to pay the UPTET application fee online.

Candidates must know that the application fees for UPTET vary for aspirants belonging to different categories. Hence, candidates should check only those fees for the category they belong to.  

UPTET Application Correction Window 

Once the application form has been filled, candidates will get an 'application correction window'. There are chances that the candidate might make mistakes in the application form. Hence, to make it right, the candidates will be given the time frame where they can rectify the mistakes.

Step 1: Go to the official website 

Step 2: On the homepage, candidates need to click on the application correction link 

Step 3: Now, candidates need to fill in the login details 

Step 4: Once logged in, candidates will get the opportunity to make corrections to their online application form 

Step 5: Once the changes are made, candidates can submit the application form 

Step 6: Download the application form and take a printout for future use.
