CGPSC Application Form for 2024-2025 exam cycle: Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission conducts the CGPSC state service examination every year. Interested candidates can register for CGPSC SSE exam online by filling out the application form. Candidates appearing for the exam can now register online at psc.cg.gov.in. Last date to fill the CGPSC application form is December 30, 2024. 

Aspirants who wish to fill the application form are advised to check the CGPSC eligibility requirements. Eligible candidates will be able to fill the application form at the official website of the Commission. Once the candidate has successfully paid the application fees, they will be eligible to download their CGPSC admit card.

The first stage of the CGPSC exam is prelims which is also known as the screening stage. Candidates who will clear this stage will be eligible to appear for the Mains stage. The Mains is the second stage of the examination and aspirants who clear this stage will then be eligible to appear for the interview round.

Candidates must know that the application form for CGPSC Prelims and Mains are released separately. As a result, candidates who qualify the prelims stage will have to fill the application form for the Mains stage. The eligible applicants must complete and submit an application for the main CGPSC examination after passing the preliminary exam.  The CGPSC publishes a notice on its official website outlining the application process's specifics, such as the beginning and ending dates for submitting application forms, the application fee, the list of needed documents, etc.

Candidates can take a look at the following steps through which they can fill the application form. 

Step 1: Candidates need to visit the official website of CGPSC 

Step 2: On the home page, in the what's new section, candidates will the link for the application form for the specific post -- click on that 

Step 3: Now, candidates have to provide the necessary information such as the candidate's name, mother's name, phone number, and e-mail ID. 

Step 4: Once filled out the application form, candidates will receive an OTP on the registered number of the email which they have submitted 

Step 5: Candidates have to activate their account by using the received OTP 

Step 6: Now, candidates have to login into their account by using the received ID and password 

Step 7: Once logged in, candidates have to fill the application form and upload the necessary documents such as 

- A recent passport-sized photograph of the candidate in the dimension of (4.5cmx3.5cm) in JPG format

Scanned copy of the candidate's signature  (Size less than 20 kb and not more than 100kb) 

Step 8: Once uploaded the documents are candidates have to pay the application fees prescribed for each category 

Step 9: Candidates can pay the application fees by any mode such as debit or credit card 

Step 10: Once paid the fees, candidates are advised to download the form and take a print for future use. 

CGPSC Application Fee  For 2024-2025 Exam Cycle 

Once the application process is completed, candidates have to pay the application fees. Now, candidates must note that the application fees for candidates belonging to different categories are different in nature. Hence, there can be a variation in the fee structure for candidates of different categories. 

Candidates must note that the application is subject to change and can differ from the previous year. The application fees for the specific year may vary and the information about the fees will be present on the official notification. Hence, candidates are advised to keep a close eye on the official website regarding the official notification.

CGPSC Application Correction Window 2024-2025 Exam Cycle

Candidates must note that they should fill the post in the application form for which they want to get recruited. There are cases when the candidate makes mistakes while filling the application form. In that scenario, candidates are given a time period known as the ‘Application Correction Window’. During this time, candidates can make changes to the application and rectify the errors made by them previously. 

The details regarding CGPSC form correction window will be released soon after the application window is closed at psc.cg.gov.in. 

CGPSC Admit Card 2025

Once the candidate has filled the application form completely, then those candidates will be eligible to get their admit card. CGPSC admit card is an essential document and candidates are required to keep the hall ticket with them while appearing for the examination. If in case, a candidate forgets to bring the hall ticket with them, then they will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. 

Further, candidates must note that the application form is released separately for different phases, which means the admit card for CGPSC prelims will be released separately compared to mains stage. Hence, candidates should download the hall ticket as per the stage they are in.

Step 1: Candidates need to go to the official website of CGPSC

Step 2:  On the homepage of the CGPSC website, candidates will look for the link that reads ‘admit card’

Step 3: Now, candidates have to select the stage for which they are going to appear for the examination

Step 4: Candidates have to log in by using the information such as their registration number and birthdate

Step 5: Select 'submit' 

Step 6: The CGPSC admit card will appear on the screen 

Step 7: Verify the information on the admission card, including the name, roll number, test site, date, and time, among other things.
