RPSC RAS 2024: Rajasthan Public Service Commission has released the recruitment notification for Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services. This year, RPSC has released a total of 733 vacancies in the RAS services. The RPSC exams are conducted to recruit registered, eligible, and qualified applicants to work in different departments of the Rajasthan government.

• RPSC RAS result for prelims has been announced on February 20, 2025.
• The Rajasthan Public Service Commission has issued a notice regarding the increase in vacancies for Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive Examination. As per the notice, the total number of vacancies has been increased from 733 to 1,096. 
• RPSC RAS preliminary exam was conducted on February 2, 2025. The Commission issued the provisional answer key on the same day at rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. 

The RPSC conducts recruitment exams for various administrative posts including the Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS), Rajasthan Police Service (RPS), Rajasthan Forest Service, and many others. Additionally, the exam is conducted for various grade A and B job positions, including- Teacher, Assistant Engineer, Executive Officer, Agriculture Officer, Chemist, and Lecturer amongst other job roles.

RPSC RAS Registration 2024

The RPSC RAS registration dates are released along with the exam notification. Candidates will be able to apply online by following the instructions given below: 

Step 1: Visit the official website - rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in

Step 2: Select the "New Registration" button and provide the required details

Step 3: Use the acquired credentials to log in to your account on the RPSC website

Step 4: After logging in, select the "Apply Online" link and apply for the exam 

Step 5: Upload scanned copies of the required documents 

Step 6: Next, applicants must pay the application fee using a debit card, credit card, or net banking

Step 7: Once the fee is successfully paid, the registration process would be completed

RPSC Eligibility Criteria 2024

The RPSC Eligibility is be based on the candidates’ Age Limit, Nationality and Qualifications. Check below to know more details about these determining factors:

Age Limit: The RPSC test has a minimum age requirement of 20 years old. However, the upper age limit varies based on the exam type. Although, the average upper age limit for candidates in the general category is 40 years.

Nationality: It is essential for applicants to be Indian citizens in order to be eligible for the RPSC exam. Candidates belonging to other countries are not eligible to apply for these exams. However, it is not mandatory to be a citizen of Rajasthan specifically to apply for the exam. 

Qualification: The minimum qualification needed to apply for the exam is a graduation degree from an accredited university recognized by the Indian government. However, for some job posts, additional qualifications may be required. 

RPSC Admit Card 2024

The RPSC admit card serves as proof of the student's eligibility to sit for the test. It contains important information such as the candidate's name, photograph, exam centre details, and exam dates. For the year 2024, the admit card will be provided a few weeks prior to the conduction of the exam.

The personality/viva-voce examination is worth a maximum of 100 marks. This round is designed to evaluate the personality, communication skills, and knowledge of the candidate. The duration of the viva-voce round is 15 to 20 minutes, but it can extend up to 30 minutes. Further, the panel will ask questions related to the candidate's educational background, work experience, and other personal information in addition to academic questions.

The syllabus for the Preliminary and Mains Exams is also different. RPSC Result 2024
