CAPF Cut off 2025: Expected Cutoff, Qualifying Marks

CAPF Cut off 2025: The Union Public Service Commission will release the CAPF Cutoff 2025 on its official website. The cutoff will be released after the declaration of the UPSC CAPF Result online. UPSC will conduct the CAPF exam 2025 on August 3, 2025. The CAPF cutoff 2025 is expected to remain around 300 out of total 600 marks. 

The CAPF cutoff is released in the form of marks secured by the last recommended candidates. The candidates with seniority in age will be given first preference according to the tie-breaking principle in CAPF exam whenever two or more candidates receive equal overall scores. The commission will include candidates to the reserve list who meet the cutoff and are on the merit list but do not meet the vacancy threshold. If any of the recommended candidates decline to join the armed police force, the reserve list candidates will be given a chance.

The last recommended candidates' scores, as released by the commission, make up the CAPF cutoff. Candidates should also look at the CAPF previous year's cutoffs to get a general idea of the range of marks they should aim for in order to make it to the final merit list.

How to Check the CAPF Cutoff?

After the selection process is over, the CAPF exam cutoff is made public. Candidates can view the score obtained by the last recommended candidate in a PDF that has been released. If there are any reserve list candidates, their information will also be included in the cutoff PDF. The following is a list of the steps to check the cutoff:

• Visit the official website of UPSC
• Under the Examination Tab, click on Cut off Marks tab
• Candidates will see a list of exam whose cutoff marks has been released
• Click on the link against the CAPF exam for the year for which cutoff has been released
• You will be able to view the PDF on your screen.
• Download and save the PDF for future reference.

CAPF Previous Years’ Cutoff

Having an idea of previous years’ cutoff allows candidates to level up their CAPF preparation accordingly. Candidates can strategize their preparation in a way that will enable them to achieve the aimed score by having an understanding of previous years' cutoffs.
