On July 30, 2023, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) successfully conducted the RBI Grade B Phase 2 exam for the General post. The difficulty level of the exam paper was rated as easy to moderate. Candidates can expect the announcement of the RBI Grade B Phase 2 result 2023 soon.
The Phase 2 exam was held in two shifts, with Paper-III (General Finance and Management) conducted in the morning shift, and Paper 1 (Economic and Social Issues) and Paper 2 (English Writing Skills) conducted in the afternoon shift. As stated in the article above, the RBI Grade B exam pattern consists of three phases: Phase 1, Phase 2, and Interview.
As per the RBI Grade B exam pattern, the Phase I exam for the General post consists of objective-type questions from General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning. The total marks for this exam are 200, and it is conducted online. Candidates are given 120 minutes to complete the test, with separate time allotted for each section. The question paper is available in both English and Hindi.
The Phase 2 exam is conducted in a two-shift pattern, and it consists of three papers for the General post:
Economic and Social Issues (ESI) - Descriptive Paper: This paper assesses candidates' understanding of economic and social issues. It tests their knowledge of current economic situations, policy frameworks, social problems, and developmental issues.
