HPBOSE 10th Exam Dates 2026: Improvement Exam Dates, Download Date Sheet for Practical & Theory exams

HPBOSE 10th Exam Dates 2026: The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) will release the detailed datesheet for the upcoming HPBOSE Improvement Exam 2026 soon on their official website. As per the recent notification by the board, the improvement exam will be conducted in the month of June or July 2026. The detailed HPBOSE 10th Exam Dates 2026 for improvement will be uploaded by the board on its official website - hpbose.org. The registration process for both the improvement and compartmental exams is still ongoing. Interested students can appear in the HPBOSE Class 10th Improvement Exam 2026 till June 5, 2026, without paying any late fee and June 10, 2026, along with an additional late fee charge of Rs. 1000.

The board had earlier released the HPBOSE Class 10 result 2026 on May 10, 2026. The board conducts the HPBOSE Class 10 examination every year. The board officials released the timetable for the 10th board exams online. This year, the HPBOSE Class 10 exam 2026 was conducted from March 3 to 28, 2026, in pen-and-paper mode. Students can download the complete timetable from the official website - hpbose.org. The HPBOSE class 10 practical exams are scheduled to be conducted from February 20 to 28, 2026. 

The HP board released the HPBOSE 10th exam timetable 2026 on November 26, 2025. Students must go through all the important details mentioned on the official date sheet carefully. Last year, the HPBOSE 10th board exams were held from March 4 to March 24, and the practical exams were held from February 20 to 28 in both regular and state open schools. 

HPBOSE 10th Board 2026: Re-Evaluation

Students who are not satisfied with their results could apply for re-checking and re-evaluation of their answer sheets till May 25, 2026. Candidates need to apply for re-checking of answer scripts within 15 days of the result declaration, and the re-evaluation application form needs to be submitted within 30 days of the result declaration. The results of re-evaluation or re-checking will be tentatively announced in July or August.

HPBOSE 10th Date Sheet 2026: Practical Examination 

The practical examinations of the regular candidates of the Himachal Pradesh Board Exam were conducted before the theory examination. The practical examinations (in addition to the NSQF subjects) are conducted internally in the respective government and affiliated schools. Candidates are advised to contact their respective school authorities on or before June 10, 2026 to know the dates and timings of the subject-wise practical examinations. The practical examination of the candidates of the State Open School are conducted internally in their study centre, the dates for which have been notified separately. This year, the HP Board class 10 practical exams will be conducted from February 20 to 28, 2026.
