IBPS SO Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2025 - The exam for the selection of personnel in Specialist Officers’ cadre posts is held in three stages - IBPS SO Preliminary exam, IBPS SO Main exam and Interview. The exam will be conducted in the online mode. Candidates must obtain the minimum cut off marks specified by IBPS to qualify in each stage.

IBPS SO Prelims Exam Pattern 2025

The IBPS SO Preliminary exam will be conducted for a total of 125 marks in the online mode. The duration for the exam is 1 hour 20 minutes. The preliminary exam will consist of three sections. Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing minimum cut-off marks to be decided by IBPS.

For the post of Law Officer and Rajbhasha Adhikari

IBPS SO Main examination is conducted for a total of 60 marks in the online mode. The exam pattern varies for different posts. It is unlikely for the exam pattern to change every year.
