MMMUT P.hD admissions

MMMUT provides Ph.D. courses in many disciplines.Admission takes place once a year in. The candidate should have a master's degree with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for reserved candidates). Shortlisting is done on a university-level entrance test and then on viva voce. Candidates with valid NET/JRF/GATE/M.Phil. qualifications are exempted from the entrance examination. The entrance examination includes MCQs for Research Methodology and Subject-specific material, and the candidates have to achieve 50% in order to be eligible. The final merit list is calculated with 70% weightage to the examination and 30% to the interview. Ph.D. course duration varies from 3 to 6 years, with extensions as per UGC norms.
