REET 2023 Admit Card: Check Steps to Download, Details Mentioned, Exam Dates

REET Admit Card 2023: REET also known as the  Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers is a state-based teaching test conducted annually. The Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan administers the teacher eligibility test. Candidates who will register for the examination successfully will be eligible to get the REET admit card 2023. The date regarding the REET admit card is yet to be notified by the exam conducting body. Candidates must know that the REET hall ticket is an essential document and is generally released two or three weeks prior to the exam. Candidates who will successfully fulfil the eligibility criteria will then be allowed to register for the teacher eligibility test. 

Since the hall tickets are an essential document, it contains several important pieces of information about the candidate. The tentative date for releasing the admit card for REET 2023 is in the month of February 2023. Once the hall tickets are released, candidates can download their hall tickets from the official website of REET. REET admit card contains information about the candidate including information like name, roll number, date of birth, details of exam centre, reporting time, etc. 

While appearing for the examination, candidates need to carry a printed copy of the REET admit card along with one photo identity proof to the exam centre. REET examination for those candidates who wish to pursue their career in the field of teaching and wish to become Grade 1, 2, or 3 Teachers in the government-aided schools of Rajasthan appears for the exam.  

REET Admit Card 2023 

REET admit card 2023 is expected to be released in the month of February 2023. However, the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER) is yet to announce an official date regarding the release of the admit card. Only those candidates will get their admit card who will successfully complete the REET application process. Candidates should know that the REET exam will be taken for 2 levels that are - REET Level 1 exam and REET Level 2 mains exam. While the REET level 1 exam is for those candidates who wish to become a teacher for primary classes - 1st to 5th, level 2 is for those candidates who want to teach Upper Primary Classes 6 to 8. Candidates who pass the REET exam are given the REET certificate, which is valid for life. Earlier, the validity of the REET certificate was 3 years.

Steps to Download Admit Card 

Once the admit card has been released, candidates can download the admit card from the official website by following these simple steps. 

Step 1: Candidates need to go to the official REET website 

Step 2: On the homepage, candidates will find a link that reads ‘Download admit card'.

Step 3: Candidates have to enter login details as asked 

Step 4: The REET admit card will appear on the screens

Step 5: Go through the details mentioned on the admit card and download it

NOTE: Download the admit card and take a printout of the hall ticket for future use.

Candidates are advised to check the details mentioned on the REET hall ticket carefully. The following details are written in the REET hall ticket.

How to Retrieve Password if Forgotten 

There are cases when the candidates forget the login credential of their admit card, then in that case, candidates can retrieve their REET exam login credentials by following the steps below to retrieve them.

Step 1: Candidate’s need to go to the official website of REET -- 

Step 2: On the homepage, candidates will find the link that states  ‘Forgot form number/challan number

Step 3: Candidates have to enter the asked details including  the candidate’s name, mother’s name, class level, and date of birth, and click on the ‘next’ button

Step 4: Note down the information for future use

NOTE: If a candidate finds any discrepancy in the admit card, then he or she should immediately inform the exam conducting authority and get the error rectified. 

Documents Candidates Need to Carry Inside Exam Hall 

Apart from the REET admit card 2023, candidates also have to carry a valid ID proof including : 

• Ration card
• PAN card
• Aadhar card
• Voter ID
• Driving license
• Birth certificate

Instructions to Follow 

• Since the REET admission card for 2022 won't be mailed, a printout of the admit card must be brought to the exam.
• All applicants who will sit for the REET 2022 exam must bear in mind a few crucial details regarding the REET 2022 admit card
• The fact that a candidate has received an admit card does not guarantee that he will be allowed to take the REET 2022 exam. Authorities at the REET exam centre must inspect each candidate's admit card on entry, and only after they are convinced that everything is fine, then only the candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall.
