SSC CPO Application Form 2024 - Important dates, Steps to apply, Registration Fees

SSC CPO Application Form 2024: The official notification for SSC CPO 2024 exam has been released by The Staff Selection Commission on its official website. The notification gives detailed information about the number of vacancies, eligibility criteria, physical eligibility and procedure to apply for the Delhi Police sub-inspector exam. The application form for SSC CPO 2024 was available online till March 28, 2024. 

The Staff Selection Commission conducts SSC CPO exam for recruiting candidates for the post of sub inspector in Delhi police and Central Armed Police Forces(CAPFs) once in every year. The total tentative vacancies for SSC CPO 2024 are 4187 for the post of sub inspector.The departmental candidates with minimum 3 years of service can also apply. 

The SSC CPO SI 2024 exam includes Paper I , Physical Standard Test(PST)/ Physical Endurance Test(PET), Paper II and Detailed Medical Examination. Paper I and Paper II are online objective type tests. The SSC CPO Delhi Police SI 2024 exam will be held on June 27, June 28 & June 29, 2024.

SSC CPO Application Form 2024: How to Apply?

The Delhi Police sub inspector exam can be applied in 2 parts . Candidates have to first register themselves and then with the registration number, they can follow the rest of the procedure.

Step 1: Go to the official website of the Staff Selection Commission(SSC) and click on the link for SSC CPO Registration 2024.

Step 2: Click on the register link and the registration portal will open in a new window.

Step 3: Fill in the required details and click on the submit button.

Step 4: Candidates will be issued with their registration id.

Step 5: Log in with the given registration id and fill the further required details.

Step 6: Upload the photo and signature.

Step 7: Make online payment and submit the form.

SSC CPO Application Form 2024: Registration Fee

The application fee for SSC CPO 2024 is INR 100. However, women candidates, candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste(SC) and Scheduled Tribe(ST) and ex-servicemen are exempted from the payment of fee. The application fee can be paid  through online mode only. 

SSC CPO Registration 2024: Application Form Correction Window

The Staff Selection Commission(SSC) allows for correction of application forms in case of any correction or modification needed in the SSC CPO exam form. After the application portal is closed, Window for Application Form Correction is open for 2 days. A fee of INR 200 is charged.
