NIFT Admit Card 2026 - The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the National Institute of Fashion Technology Entrance Examination (NIFTEE) 2026 admit card on February 4, 2026, on the official website. Candidates who successfully registered for the NIFTEE 2026 exam must download their hall tickets from the official website - exams.nta.ac.in/niftee. The admit card is an essential document that the candidates must carry with them on the day of the exam, along with a valid photo ID. The admit card will contain the shift, centre and date for the NIFT 2026 exam. It must be preserved carefully by the candidates for the admission and counselling process.

The NIFT 2026 city intimation slip was released on January 29, 2026. Those who registered for the NIFT exam 2026 can now download their exam city slip from the official website - exams.nta.ac.in/niftee and check the exam city allotted to them. Candidates must note one thing that the city intimation slip is not an admit card; the NIFT admit card 2026 will be released later by the exam conducting body. The NIFTEE 2026 exam will be conducted on February 8, 2026, at various locations across the country in Computer-Based Test (CBT) / Paper-Based Test (PBT) mode. The NIFTEE 2026 exam will be conducted in two shifts: the first shift 1 exam will be held from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and the second shift 2 is going to take place from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM.

NTA conducts the NIFT entrance exam for admissions to B.Des, B.F.Tech, M.Des, M.F.M, and M.F.Tech courses in 18 NIFT campuses across the country. Candidates must note that the admit cards will not be sent to them via post. They must download the admit cards through the official website. To download the hall ticket, candidates can follow the steps outlined below.

• Login using your application number and date of birth.

NIFT City Intimation Slip 2026

NTA has released the NIFT 2026 city intimation slip 2026 on January 29, 2026 on the official website. Candidates can now check and download their exam city slip from the official website. The city intimation slip contains necessary information about the exam centre. The city intimation slip is released so that the candidates can make travel arrangements and find accommodation before the day of exam.  The city intimation slip can be downloaded from the official NTA website by logging in through the candidate's credentials. 

NIFT Entrance Exam 2026 - Important Instructions

Candidates are advised to go through the instructions mentioned in the admit card carefully and follow them during the conduct of the examination. These instructions are also provided below. 

• Reach the exam centre well before the stipulated time. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall after the gate closing time mentioned on the admit card.
• Candidates must carry the admit card in the printed format with attested photograph in the space provided.
• Along with the admit card, candidates must also possess a valid photo identity card (Pan card/Voter ID card/Driving licence/Passport/Aadhar card) for verification.
• Candidates must carry a passport size photograph (same as the application form) for the attendance sheet.
• Candidates should not be carrying any prohibited items including textual materials, calculators, log tables, electronic watches and gadgets, bluetooth devices, printed or written material, etc. 
• All calculations must be done on the rough sheets provided by the invigilators. These sheets must be submitted to the invigilator in the exam hall once the exam ends. 
• Biometric information will be captured for all students on arrival at the test centre. Candidates must cooperate with the security personnel during the security check and frisking. 
• Candidates are required to follow the dress code and detailed instructions mentioned on the admit card.
