SIES College of Arts, Science and Commerce was established on 20 June 1960 by Shri Y. B. Chavan, the first Chief Minister of Maharashtra, to meet the growing educational needs of students from North and Central Mumbai suburbs. Founded under the South Indian Education Society, the college began with a focus on arts and science and later introduced the commerce stream in 1980–81. Affiliated with the University of Mumbai, it now serves over 4,000 students from diverse backgrounds, consistently achieving excellent academic results and earning recognition as one of the city’s respected institutions for higher education.

SIES College of Arts, Science & Commerce offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs across Arts, Science, Commerce, Management, and IT streams.
