ISB Mohali Placement 2023: The ISB placement drive for the academic year 2021-2022 at ISB Mohali was successfully conducted. However, the placement drive for the academic year 2022-23 is still underway. During the year 2022, both the number of companies participating and the number of offers made to students significantly increased. In the year 2022, 393 companies made a total of 2072 offers.

Since the very beginning, PGP's placement record at ISB has been impeccable. As per ISB Mohali PGP placement, the mean salary for the class last year was 34.07 lakhs, which was the highest ever. A 20.78% increase in average CTC was recorded for the PGP batch compared to last year. With a 173.67% increase in pre-to-post PGP remuneration, ISB ranks No. 1 in the world for salary growth. The ISB placement team keeps raising the bar with each new batch.

For the academic year 2022-23, a total of 1578 offers have been made by 222 companies till now. Top recruiting companies such as McKinsey & Company, Deloitte, BCG, Citi Bank, JP Morgan, KPMG, and Tiger Analytics participate in the ISB Mohali placement drive.
