GSEB 12th Application Form 2026: Date, Steps to apply, Exam dates

GSEB 12th Application Form 2026: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) releases the application forms for the GSEB 12th examination, also known as the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) exams. The GSEB 12th board examination is conducted for the HSC General Stream and HSC Science Stream.

Students must note that two separate application forms are released for each of the two streams. The board officials started the registrations for GSEB 12th Science stream exams 2026 on November 7, 2025 and will conclude on December 6, 2025. The GSEB HSC exams will be conducted tentatively in February-March 2026.

The online registration form can be accessed by schools by entering the school index number and password on the exam registration page. Without filling out the application form and submitting it before the due date, candidates will not be eligible to receive the GSEB 12th admit card. Schools need to ensure that the application forms have the photograph and signature of the candidate.

GSEB 12th Application Form 2026

GSEB mentions various instructions to fill out the application form. The application form must contain the photograph and signature of the candidate. As mentioned in the instructions given on the GSEB official website, the photograph image should be of dimensions: 100 PXL(W) × 120 PXL(H). The file size should be more than 5 KB and should not exceed 20 KB. Signature Image dimensions should also be 100 PXL(W) × 120 PXL(H) and file size should be more than 5 KB and less than 20 KB. 

Further, Class 10 marksheet is also required to fill the application form. The Class 10 marksheet should be more than 5 KB and less than 100 KB. In case a medical certificate is uploaded, its size should be more than 5 KB and less than 200 KB. Candidates must note that there is an application fee that needs to be paid for the application process to be complete.

Step 2 : On the official website of GSEB, click on Online Student Exam Registration 12th (HSC General) or Online Student Exam Registration 12th (HSC Science)

Step 3 : The Student Exam Registration Page will appear on screen

Step 4 : Select : Click Here to Login

Step 5 : In the Login window, enter School Index and Password

Step 6 : Enter Captcha code and Login

Step 7 : The Application Form will appear on the screen
