JAIIB Exam 2025: The Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (JAIIB) exam for 2025, conducted by the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF), is scheduled twice a year to help banking professionals deepen their knowledge of banking operations and practices. The upcoming November 2025 exam will be held on November 2nd, 8th, 9th, and 16th, 2025.

Online registration for the November cycle opened on August 1, 2025 and closed on August 30, 2025, which was an extended deadline. Candidates wanting to appear for the exam were required to register on the official IIBF website (iibf.org.in) to apply.

JAIIB Application Form 2025

The application window for JAIIB exam 2025 was opened at iibf.org.in. Candidates interested in appearing for the November session of the exam were able to apply online till August 30, 2025. Check important registration dates in the table below: 

JAIIB Application Fee 2025

The JAIIB 2025 application fee is ₹4,000 for the first attempt and ₹1,300 for subsequent attempts. An additional late fee of ₹100 or ₹200 will be applied if you register in the second or third week, respectively, during the extended application periods. The payment can be made online through the IIBF website. 

JAIIB Eligibility Criteria 2025

Candidates interested in applying for the JAIIB exam can check the minimum eligibility requirements below: 

• The exam is open to only members of the IIBF. Candidates whose employer is a member of the IIBF can also apply for the exam.
• Candidates must have passed class 12th from a recognized board in the country. However, IIBF may allow a candidate on a clerical or supervisory staff level at a bank to appear for the exam whether or not they have passed class 12th. This will be done on the recommendation of the candidate’s bank manager. 
• Subordinate staff of recognised banking or financial institutions in India can also apply.

JAIIB Admit Card 2025

The JAIIB admit card will be released online at the official website -iibf.org.in. Candidates will find the admit card download link by clicking on the “Examination/Courses” link and then clicking on the Admit Letter link. To download the hall tickets, candidates will be required to enter the following login details: 

• Membership/registration number as their Login ID
• Password

JAIIB Result 2025

IIBF will announce the JAIIB exam result on its official website soon after the exam is concluded. Candidates will be able to download their results by following the instructions given below: 

• Visit the website iibf.org.in and select “Examinations/Courses” section 
• Click on Results/Consolidated Marksheet 
• Now, click on the Results for JAIIB exam link 
• Enter your Registration/Membership ID and password. 
• Submit and check your JAIIB result
