ICSI CS Result 2026: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the ICSI CS Professional result for the December 2025 exam on February 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM on the official website. The ICSI CS Executive result has also been released on February 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Kinjal Ajmera secured the first position in the CS Executive Programme, and Anisha Darshan Keswani secured Rank 1 in the CS Professional December 2025 exam.

The institute announced the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) result 2026 for the January session on January 20, 2026, at icsi.edu. The CSEET result was declared at 2:00 PM on the official ICSI website. The ICSI CSEET examination was held on January 10 and 12, 2026. The institute has released the ICSI CSEET result along with the candidate's subject-wise break-up of marks on the ICSI's official website, icsi.edu. The formal e-result-cum-marks statement has also been uploaded on the website.

 The institute releases CS results separately for each phase; therefore, the results for the executive, professional, and CSEET exams are released individually. Candidates must note that they will only qualify for the ICSI CS exam when they score the minimum qualifying marks or more. The results are released separately for both groups.  After the results are released, a merit list is also released by the ICSI. Further, after the results are declared, a window will be opened for candidates seeking to apply for the verification of marks. In order to apply for the verification, candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs 250 and file for the verification online. 

ICSI CS Professional and Executive Result (December 2025 Session)

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has declared the ICSI CS Professional result (for the December 2025 session) on February 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The results for the ICSI CS Executive programme will be released on February 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM.

Candidates must note that the date of acceptance of applications for admission to Executive and Professional programmes is May 31, 2026.

ICSI CSEET January 2026 Result

The CSEET January 2026 result for examinations held on January 10 and 12, 2026, has been declared on January 20, 2026. The result, along with the individual candidate’s subject-wise break-up of marks, has been made available on the Institute’s website, icsi.edu. 

The formal e-result-cum-marks statement has been uploaded on the official website. Candidates must note that no physical copy of the CSEET scorecard will be issued to the candidates.

ICSI CSEET Result Out: Login Credentials

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has declared the ICSI CSEET 2025 results for the November session exam on November 20, 2025. The CSEET level exam was conducted on November 8 and 10, 2025. Candidates can download their ICSI CSEET scorecard from icsi.edu. Students need to enter their unique ID number and date of birth to access their ICSI November session scorecard for the year 2025.

ICSI CSEET July 2025 Result 

The ICSI has announced the CS Professional Programme result on August 25, 2025. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India announced the CSEET July 2025 result on July 16, 2025, at icsi.edu. Candidates who appeared for the exam can download the CSEET scorecard for the July 2025 session online once released. ICSI conducted the CSEET July 2025 exam on July 5 and 7, in remote proctored mode. Students will be required to enter their ICSI login credentials to download the scorecard. The scorecard will mention the candidate's qualifying status and subject-wise score.

Candidates must note that the ICSI CS exam takes place twice a year. While the first session of the CS exam takes place in the month of June, the other will be conducted in December.

ICSI CS Result 2025: Steps to download

Candidates should note that the process to check the results for ICSI CS exam are the same. Hence, once the results are released, candidates can follow the given steps to check the results for any of the programmes

Step 1: Candidates need to visit the official website of the ICSI

Step 3: Now, candidates need to enter the following details asked including their roll number and  registration number

ICSI CS Qualifying Marks 2025

Candidates who are appearing for the CS exam are required to score a basic qualifying mark in order to clear for the examination. Candidates must know that the minimum qualifying marks are different compared to the aggregate marks. Candidates are required to score a minimum of  40 % of the marks to qualify for the CS exam whereas the aggregate marks obtained by the candidate should be 50%.

ICSI CS Result 2025: Verification of Marks

After the announcement of the ICSI result, the application window for mark verification will be made available. Candidates can apply online or offline by paying Rs 250 for each subject if they want their marks to be verified. Candidates must complete an online application form on the official website to submit an online request for mark verification.

To apply offline, candidates must download the verification of marks application form from the official website and send it, properly filled out, to the following address, along with a Demand Draft for the required fee:

Step 13: The screen now displays the transaction ID and user information

Step 14: To access the payment gateway link, select the tab

Step 15: Once the payment is done, a receipt will be generated. 

NOTE: Download the receipt and keep a hard copy for the future reference
