ICSI CS Application Form 2025 (Out): Registration Window, Exam Dates, Steps to Apply

ICSI CS application form 2025 for CS Executive and Professional programmes for the December 2025 session will be released online. Candidates can register at icsi.edu.

ICSI CS Application Form 2025: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) conducts the Company Secretaries (CS) registration process in online mode at icsi.edu. The application window for ICSI CS executive and professional exams is open from August 26 to September 25, 2025. The institute conducts the CSEET registration separately. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India releases a public notice for registration online. 

Latest Updates:

  •  The last day to register for the December session exam without a late fee is September 25, 2025, for CS Executive and Professional Programmes.
  • The ICSI CS Executive and Professional Programmes application window is open from August 26 to September 25, 2025, for the December session exam.
  • ICSI will conduct the ICSI Executive and Professional's December session exam from December 22 to 29, 2025.

Once the application form is filled out and submitted, candidates can then wait for their admit card to be released on the official website. The ICSI CS Admit Card can be downloaded using the valid login credentials.

Candidates should note that the ICSI CS application process is the first step for candidates towards appearing for the CS examination. The registration process is conducted by ICSI, and dates for the registration vary for the types of modules.

The application process for the CS executive and CS professional exams consists of several steps, from filling in important information to uploading necessary documents.  Before registering for the exam, candidates should keep some of the important documents, including a DOB certificate, ID proof, class 12 admit card and others with themselves.

How to Register for ICSI CS Executive Programme?

Step 1: Go to the official website 

Step 2: Once logged in, candidates need to check the list of documents required to fill out the application form

Step 3: Candidates need to enter the CSEET  unique number and CSEET roll number in the given column 

Step 4: Candidates need to enter the verification code

Step 5: Click on the submit tab 

Step 6: Now, enter the details as asked, such as information source, details of the documents, and educational details.

Step 7: Candidates now need to pay the application fee 

Step 8: Click on submit 

Step 9: Save the document 

NOTE: Save the document and take a printout of it for future reference. 

How to register for ICSI Professional Programme?

Step 1: Go to the official website 

Step 2: Enter login details 

Step 3: Now, under the 'Student' tab, click on 'My Account'  

Step 4: Now, under the “payment request” option, click on professional registration 

Step 5: Candidates have to upload their pass mark sheet for both modules of the Executive Programme

Step 6: Candidates have to pay Rs 1200 as the application fee 

Step 7: Candidates can now register and wait for the call letter

ICSI CS Application Fees 2025

In order to complete the application process, candidates are required to pay the application fees. ICSI has recently announced the revised application fees for executive and professional exams.

NOTE: Candidates have to pay a late fee of  Rs 250 if, in any case, they are unable to make their registration on time. 

Important Documents Candidates Should Have Before Registration 

There are a bunch of documents that candidates are required to carry with them as they begin the registration process. Take a look at the given list of documents here :

  • Category  fee of the candidate 
  • Candidate's ID proof 
  • DOB certificate

Concession of Fees for Different Categories 

Candidates who belong to categories including  Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes are given a major concession in the application fees. These candidates have to pay half of the application fees compared to general category students. 

Those candidates who are physically handicapped will have to pay only the registration/admission fee. These candidates have to pay only 25% of the exam fee which is charged to the general category candidates. 

Candidates should make sure that while selecting the examination centre, the combination of modules, and the medium of examination carefully 

When paying the examination fee through a Canara Bank Challan, candidates need to deposit the cash in the bank within the scheduled time frame

Candidate should get in touch with their bank if the enrollment fee was withdrawn out of the account or paid with a credit/debit card but an acknowledgement slip was not produced

Keep a copy of the examination fee receipt that was generated online when the enrollment cost was paid.

After paying the fee, check the status of the transaction; if it failed, submit the enrollment form once more.

How to Check Preliminary Enrollment Status?

To check the Preliminary enrollment status, follow the given steps : 

Step 1: Go to the official website 

Step 2: On the homepage, candidates will see a tab which reads 'Examination Enrolment Status- December 2025 Examination’ -- click on it 

Step  3: Now, candidates need to enter the details such as DOB, registration number and Captcha -- click on submit 

Step 4: The enrollment of the registered candidate will be displayed on the screen
