  • As per HTET Age Limit Criteria, candidates must not be less than 18 years old.

HTET PRT Eligibility Criteria

HTET PRT exam is level 1 of the exam. Candidates who want to teach students of classes 1 to 5 appear for the HTET PRT exam. 1. Candidates should have a senior secondary (or equivalent) degree with at least 50% marks. Also, candidates should have passed or are appearing in final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education conferring with the NCTE

Aspirants must attain a degree from senior secondary (or equivalent degree) with at least 45% marks. Also, candidates must have qualified or are appearing in their 2nd-year Diploma in Elementary Education

Candidates must have a degree of senior secondary (or equivalent degree) with minimum 50% marks. Candidates should have passed OR appeared in the 4th year of the final year of B.El.ED

OR

Students should have a senior secondary degree (or equivalent degree) with a minimum of 50% marks. Also, candidates should have passed or appeared in the final year of 2nd year Diploma in Education (Special Education)

OR

Candidate should either have a qualified graduation degree or appear in final year of a 2-year Diploma course in Elementary Education

  1. Candidates should have completed their class 10 with subjects including Sanskrit or Sr. Secondary/Hindi. Also, candidates should have completed Graduation/Post Graduation with Hindi as one of the many subjects.

HTET TGT Eligibility Criteria

HTET TGT eligible criteria are for those candidates who are willing to teach students of classes 6 to 8. HTET TGT exam 2023 is level 3 of the exam. HTET TGT exam also has various subjects and the eligibility criteria for all subjects are different from one another. TGT Mathematics

A minimum of 50% marks in B.A./B.Sc./B.Com in Mathematics subject (as an elective subject) + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/ B.Ed.

B.A./B.Sc./B.Com (minimum 45% marks) as well as 50% marks in

Mathematics as an elective subject + 2-year B.Ed.

Senior Secondary or it's equivalent (with minimum 50% marks) + 4-year B. El. Ed/  B.A./B.Sc/B.Com Ed. or B.A Ed./B.Sc. Ed./B.Com. Ed.

OR

At least 50% marks in B.A./B.Sc./B.Com as well as in Maths (as elective subject) + 2-year B.Ed

TGT English 

1. Candidates must consist of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50%

  • Candidates should have passed class 10 with Hindi/Sanskrit OR class 12/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.

HTET PGT Eligibility Criteria

HTET PGT eligibility criteria are different from one other level of the exam. HTET PGT is the third level of the examination. Those candidates who wish to teach students of classes 9 to 12, appear for the HTET PGT exam. Further, HTET PGT exam has various subjects including English, Hindi, Geography, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology, Punjabi, Urdu, and History. The educational qualification eligibility criteria for all subjects are different from one another. However, there are some basic HTET PGT eligibility criteria which candidates should be well aware of. 

  • Candidates should consist of a postgraduate degree if the concerned subject with a minimum mark of 50% from a recognised university. Also, aspirants should have a degree of B.Ed. from a recognised university. 
  • Candidates should have qualified their class 10 with Hindi/Sanskrit or Sr. Secondary / Graduation/Post Graduation with Hindi as one of the subjects among others.

HTET 2023 Certificate Validity

Hence, once the candidate has qualified the HTET exam 2023, then they will be given HTET certificate.
