HTET Cut off 2025 - The Board of Secondary Education, Haryana, has announced the results for the HTET exam on November 10, 2025. The HTET cut-off 2025 is the qualifying mark that candidates need to secure to qualify for the exam. Candidates must know that the board prescribes a category-wise HTET cut-off for all three levels. These cut-offs are mandatory for qualifying and receiving the HTET certificate valid for a lifetime, and are required for government teaching positions in Haryana. 

 After the release of the HTET Results 2025, BSEH provides the HTET certificate to those candidates who have obtained the qualifying marks. The HTET certificates now have a lifetime validity for all levels. Candidates must note that the HTET cut-off released by the BSEH remains the same every year. There is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take to acquire the HTET certificate. Candidates who have already qualified for HTET have the option to appear in the fresh HTET to improve their score, if they so desire.

HTET Cut-off 2025: Qualifying Marks for HTET Certificate

The Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test cut-off for 2025 is as follows:

  • General/OBC/EWS category candidates must score at least 60%, which is 90 out of 150 marks.

  • SC/ST/Differently Abled/Physically Challenged candidates who are Haryana domiciles have a relaxed cut-off of 55%, which equals 82-83 marks out of 150.

  • SC/ST/Differently Abled/Physically Challenged candidates from other states have to meet the cut-off of 60% (90 marks).

The cut-off is consistent across the three levels of HTET: Level 1 (PRT), Level 2 (TGT), and Level 3 (PGT).

A total of 3,50,000 students appeared for the HTET exam in 2025, according to an announceent made by the board in a press conference on November 10, 2025. Candidates can check the HTET result 2025 on the official website of BSEH by following the given steps:
