HTET Exam 2024: Exam Dates, Application Process, Admit Card, Syllabus, Exam Pattern

HTET 2024 Exam Date: The Board of School Education, Haryana will release the notification for Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test, or HTET 2024 in the online mode. Along with the release of the notification, the conducting body will commence the online application for the exam. The notification will contain essential details including HTET 2024 exam date, exam pattern, eligibility criteria, etc. The official website for BSEH is bseh.org.in.

HTET exam is conducted for candidates who wish to pursue their career in the teaching field.  The exam assesses the teaching aptitute of candidates. Applicants qualifying HTET exam are recruited for teaching positions in schools affiliated by the Board of Secondary Education, Haryana. Further, HTET has three levels including HTET level 1 (PRT), level 2 (TGT), and level 3 (PGT).

HTET Exam 2024

HTET exam 2024 dates will soon be announced by the BSEH. The education board will release an official HTET notification containing all the important information related to the exam. HTET level 1 (PRT) exam is for those candidates who are willing to teach students at Elementary level (classes 1 to 5), HTET level 2 (TGT) is for candidates who wish to teach students at Secondary level (classes 6 to 8)  and HTET level 3 (PGT) is for candidates who wish to teach at Senior Secondary level, that is, classes 9 to 12. 

Since the three levels are different from one another, the HTET syllabus laid by the BSEH is also different. Candidates must know that the teacher’s eligibility test is conducted as per the guidelines issued by the National Council for Teacher Education or the Department of School Education in Haryana. It is necessary to take the HTET exam in order to apply for teaching positions in government schools in Haryana. 

HTET Application Form 2024 

Candidates should first check HTET 2024 eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. HTET application form 2024 will be available on the official website. Candidates need to visit the HTET website to register online. HTET Admit Card 2024 

Only those candidates who have successfully registered for the HTET exam can download the HTET Admit Card 2024. Candidates need to visit the HTET login page to check and download the hall ticket, once issued. It must be noted that the admit card will be released separately for each level.

HTET admit card 2024 is a crucial document containing details such as Candidate's name, date of birth, parents' name, date and time of exam and address of exam venue. Upon downloading the HTET hall ticket, candidates must carefully review the details mentioned on it. It is mandatory for candidates to carry the admit card with them on the day of the exam. Without the admit card, candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.

HTET Syllabus 2024 (Level-wise) 

Candidates can find the HTET syllabus on the official website. The syllabus is slightly different for all three levels. HTET Exam Pattern 2024

HTET Result 2024 

BSEH releases the HTET result 2024 in the online mode. Once the results are declared, candidates can check the details on the HTET official website. The conducting body also releases other information related to the exam such as number of candidates registered, number of candidates qualified and the overall pass percentage. HTET Qualifying Marks  2024
