IISER Bhopal Admission 2024 : Dates, Fees, Admission Process, Eligibility and Selection Criteria
IISER Bhopal Admission 2024: Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Bhopal (IISER Bhopal) will be conducting IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) 2024 for selecting candidates for admission to various programmes at all the IISERs. This year, IISER Bhopal is conducting the IAT 2024. The aptitude test is scheduled on June 9, 2024.
The registration window for IAT 2024 has been closed. The exam conducting authority will release the hall ticket for the test on June 1, 2024.
Candidates must keep in mind that different IISER offer different programs. IISER Bhopal offers Dual Degree Program in Science (BS - MS Dual Degree Program), Bachelor of Science, Integrated PhD program and PhD program.

IISER Bhopal Admission 2024: Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the candidates for applying to the IISER Bhopal Admissions are as follows:
- Applicants must be Indian nationals
- Candidates must have passed the Class XII (or equivalent) examination with science stream in 2022, 2023 or 2024 from any board recognized
- Candidates must have taken at least three subjects among Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics during their Class XII (or equivalent) examination.
- Candidates must have minimum 60% marks in their Class XII board. Reserved candidates shall have 5% relaxation.

IISER Bhopal Admission 2024: Admission Process
The counselling process will be conducted online.
- Admission offer will only be provided at the Candidate’s application portal
- Admission offers to any candidate will be given strictly based on the following factors:
- Seat availability in the current allocation round,
- IAT rank.
- IISER preferences by the candidate, and
- The category of the candidate
- If a candidate receives an offer, he/she must accept it by paying Seat Acceptance Fee through online mode.
- After accepting the offer and paying SAF , the candidate can exercise two options:
- Candidate can FREEZE the seat (they will not participate in further rounds of counselling) or
- Candidate can FLOAT (they will participate in further rounds of counselling to get their higher preferences).
