CGBSE Class 12th Exams 2026: The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has released the CGBSE 12th Result 2026 on April 29, 2026. The Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, Vishnu Deo Sai, has announced the CGBSE Class 12th Result 2026 via a press conference. Students who appeared for the board exam can check their CGBSE 12th Result 2026, from the official website of the board - cgbse.nic.in, by entering the required login credentials.

The main CGBSE class 12th board exam was conducted from February 20 to March 18, 2026, and the second examination is likely to take place in July 2026. CGBSE 12th practical exams 2026 were conducted from January 1 to 20, 2026.  The results for the CGBSE board exams 2026 for the second exams will be released in August 2026. Students can download the CGBSE 12th Result 2026 from the official website of the board. Once released, they will be able to download the marksheet for CGBSE 12th board exams from the direct link given here, or Students will be required to enter their login credentials, such as roll number and security captcha, in designated spaces. Students scoring less than 33% marks in the Chhattisgarh board exams are considered 'fail'. Students who have failed in one or two subjects can apply for the compartment exams.

The CGBSE 12th result 2026 has been made available on the board's official website on April 29, 2026. Students can check their class 12 results by logging into the board's official website. The steps to check the CGBSE 12th result online are as follows:

• Enter your class 12 roll number and captcha in the specified fields
• Your CGBSE 12th mark sheet will then appear on your screen
• Download the provisional mark sheet and keep it safely for future reference/use

CGBSE Class 12th Exam 2026

The CG board 12th exam was held for 100 marks, and the exam duration was three hours. The Chhattisgarh class 12th board exam was carried out in English, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil and Telugu. The maximum marks for a subject are 100, including Theory and Practical. 30 marks are allotted for practical and internal assessments. It is necessary to secure a minimum passing mark in five subjects. Both sectional and aggregate marks must be at least 33% to pass the exam. Each subject had a different paper pattern depending on the sections and their weightage. The Chhattisgarh Board Class 12th syllabus has been divided into streams, namely Science, Commerce and Arts.
