CGBSE Class 10th Exam 2026: The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) will soon release the CGBSE class 10th board exam dates 2026 on its official website - cgbse.nic.in. As per the past trends, the first CGBSE class 10th board exam will likely be conducted in March 2026 and the second examination is likely to take place in July 2026. To appear for the exam, students will be required to submit the duly filled examination form along with fee before the due date. CGBSE 10th 2026 examination forms are made available offline in the schools, students have to pay the fee as per the instructions from the school authorities. CGBSE class 10th board Admit card is likely to be released in March 2026. 

From 2024 onwards, the board is conducting class 10th exams twice a year, with same format for both terms. As for the exam pattern, CG board 10th exams 2026 will carry a weightage of 100 marks for each subject. The theory paper will be of 75 marks, while 26 marks will be given for the practical. Each paper in CGBSE 10th exams 2026 will be held for 3 hours, apart from which an extra 15 minutes will be provided to students for reading the question paper. Each subject has a different paper pattern depending on the sections and their weightage. Chhattisgarh Board Class 10th syllabus includes six subjects namely Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Social Science and Science.

The results for the CGBSE board exams 2026 for the first and second exam will be released in May and August respectively. CGBSE Class 10th Exam 2026

Students scoring less than 33% marks in Chhattisgarh board exams are considered as 'fail'. Students who have failed in one or two subjects can apply for the compartment exams. Last year, the CGBSE class 10th first board exams were conducted from March 3 to March 24, 2025 and the result for the same was declared on May 7, 2025 and the second main class 10th board exam was conducted from July 9 to July 21, 2025 in pen and paper format and the results were declared on  August 19, 2025.

Students appearing for the Chhattisgarh class 10th board exams have to fill out their application forms in order to register for the examination. CGBSE 10th Result 2026 

The CGBSE Class 10th result will be announced on the official CGBSE website after the exams are successfully concluded. Students who will be unhappy with their scores can apply for revaluation process online. The class 10 results after revaluation are usually released in the month of June. Students who fail to clear one or two subjects will have to appear for the CGBSE 10th supplementary exams. The class 10 supplementary exams are usually conducted in the month of July and the supplementary exam results are mostly released in August. Last year the result for the mains CG board examination of class 10th was declared on May 7, 2025 and the results for the second examination were declared on August 19, 2025.
