BPSC Cut-Off 2023: BPSC cut-off is released on the official website after the declaration of results. The cut-off is released in the form of a PDF. The BPSC cut-off refers to the minimum marks a candidate needs to score in order to pass the test. Further, candidates should note that there are three stages in the examination including the prelims, mains and interview, hence the cut-off for all three stages are released separately after the declaration of results.

Candidates will have the opportunity to join the Bihar Administrative Services, Bihar Police Services, Bihar Financial Services, and many more positions when the cut-offs for various categories are announced. The final result PDF will include the names of the applicants whose scores were equal to or higher than the BPSC CCE Cut Off. Further, the cut-off is also released separately for different posts. There are several factors that determine the cut-off including the total number of candidates appearing, difficulty level of the examination, and number of vacancies available. Factors Determining the BPSC Cut-Off

There are a bunch of factors that determine the BPSC cut-off and due to this, the cut-off varies each year. Candidates can take the following factors into consideration while checking the results. 

  • Aspirants who appeared for the BPSC exam 
  • The difficulty level of the examination
  • Number of vacancies released for the specific post
  • Candidate's overall performance  

NOTE: One of the criteria used to determine the cut-off is a category.  If in case, the number of vacancies is reduced, then the cut-off for the specific post and year will witness an increase, whereas if the vacancies for a post have been increased, then the cut-off will be decreased.
