APPSC Dates 2023: The APPSC Group 1 Prelim and Main dates are released by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission on the official website. The exam conducting body has already released the APPSC mains date and as per the official announcement, the exam started from June 03, 2023, to June 10, 2023. APPSC is considered one of the most prestigious competitive exams in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The recruitment exam is similar to the UPSC exam. Further, candidates must know that there are three stages of the APPSC exam -- Prelim, Main and Interview. In order to qualify for the exam, the candidates have to clear all three levels one by one. Meanwhile, the APPSC has already conducted the prelims group 1 exam on January 08, 2023, and the exam conducting body has released the dates for the Main exam.
The APPSC Main exams started on June 03, 2023, to June 10, 2023. Since the dates for the examination have been released, the APPSC will soon release the admit card. In the case of APPSC prelims, the admit card was released on January 02, 2023. Hence, it is expected that the exam conducting body will release the admit card a week prior to the examination.
The examination will take place in both languages that are English and Telugu. The notification for the APPSC Group 1 exam was released on 13th October 2022, and the last date was set as 02nd November 2022. Further, the exam conducting body has already released the results for the prelims. Now, candidates who have cleared the prelims examination will be further eligible to appear for the Main exam.

APPSC Group 1 Prelim Exams
Since the APPSC Group 1 exam has three phases, the prelim examination is the beginning of the APPSC examination. The Prelim exam also known as the screening exam is the first step for candidates to begin their journey for the recruitment exam. Candidates who will clear the prelim exam will be further eligible to appear for the Main exam.

APPS Group 1 Main Exam
Once the candidate has cleared the Prelim exam, aspirants will be eligible to appear for the Main exam. The APPSC Group 1 Main exam is the second step for the APPSC recruitment exam. Aspirants who will clear the APPSC Main exam will be further eligible to appear for the Interview session.
The APPSC has released the dates for the APPSC Main exam. The Main exam started on June 03, 2023, and will come to an end on June 10, 2023. A week prior to the examination, the education conducting body will release the admit card for the Main exam.
Candidates should know that the admit card for both the stages - Prelims and Main will be released separately.
APPSC Group 1 Application Process
Candidates must first fill the APPSC application form for the exam in order to appear for the APPSC Prelims and Main exam. Further, those candidates who will successfully register themselves will be able to get their APPSC admit card. Before filling the application form, candidates need to look for the eligibility prescribed by the education body to be eligible for the exam.
There are various processes involved in applying for the APPSC Group 1 exam, including completing the application form, uploading the required files, and paying the applicable costs.
Steps to Fill Application Form
Step 1:Visit the official website
Step 2: Candidates who have their OTPR ID can log in on the website using their name (OTPR ID) and the password they have set
Step 3: Candidates will find the link on the right bottom of the website that reads 'online application submission' -- click on that
Step 4: Candidates now need to click on the payment link
Step 5: The OTPR data will pre-populate details such as the calculation of the fee and age relaxation
Step 6: Fill in the details as asked
Step 7: Candidates need to fill in application-specific data including Local/non-local status and other information after their data has been verified
Step 8: Candidates need to submit the payment form once the data has been filled properly.
Step 9: Candidates will be given different options to make payment and they have to select one among them
Step 10: Once application fees are submitted, the candidate's payment reference ID is generated and displayed on the screen.
