Delhi Police Constable: Recruitment 2023, 7547 Vacancy, Syllabus & Pattern

Delhi Police Constable notification is out on the official website on September 01, 2023. The notification was released by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) for a total of 7547 Delhi Police Constable vacancies. Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria can fill out the application form by September 30, 2023. Students from the General/OBC/EWS category are required to pay a fee of INR 100/-. However, Female and SC/ST candidates are fully exempted from paying the application fee for the Delhi Police Constable exam.

Males and female candidates wishing to get recruited for the position of Constable in Delhi Police must fulfil the eligibility criteria. They are required to pass the 10+2 intermediate exam from a recognised board. Also, the age limit to apply for the Delhi Police Constable exam is 18-25 years. Students from the reserved category are eligible for age limit relaxation.

Apart from the educational and age limit criteria, students are also required to fulfil the Physical Eligibility requirements. After clearing the written examination, candidates have to go through the Physical Fitness Test. Delhi Police Constable written exam is tentatively scheduled in December 2023.

After the conclusion of the exam, SSC releases the Delhi Police Constable Result 2023. Candidates who pass the exam are called for the Physical Efficiency Test & Medical Test. After the completion of the PET&MT, selected students are invited for the document verification process following which the final merit list is released.
