TS ICET Counselling 2025: Dates, Registration, Seat Allotment & Required Documents

TS ICET Counselling 2025: TSCHE releases the complete counselling schedule for TS ICET at the official website. Only the candidates who have cleared the TS ICET exam and have scored at least 50% (for OC) and 45% (for Others) in aggregate marks in Degree/equivalent exam are eligible for appearing in the TS ICET counselling round. Through the counselling process, eligible candidates will be given admission into M.B.A & M.C.A courses/colleges in Telangana.

Candidates must submit the TS ICET counselling fees in order to participate in the counselling round. The counselling fee will vary according to the candidate’s category. For general category candidates, the TS ICET counselling fee is INR 1200 and for SC/SCT category candidates, the fee is INR 600. 

TS ICET exam stands for the Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test. This entrance exam is conducted to provide admission to eligible candidates into M.B.A. and M.C.A. courses of all the institutes in Telangana State.This entrance tets is conducted by the Kakatiya University, Warangal on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE), Hyderabad.

At the time of TS ICET counselling, candidates must carry the following important documents & certificates to the counselling venue without fail:

The TS ICET 2025 counselling process involves various stages. Candidates must successfully complete all the stages involved in the TS ICET counselling process in order to secure admission into their respective courses/colleges. 

The TS ICET counselling process has been explained below for candidate’s reference:

Step 1: Payment of TS ICET Counselling Fees

• Candidates must pay the requisite counselling fees in order to participate in the counselling process
• The TS ICET counselling fees for General category is INR 1200/- and for SC/ST category, it is INR 600/-
• After successful payment of the TS ICET counselling fee, candidates must download the payment receipt by clicking on the‘ Verify payment status Tab’

Step 2: Registration for TS ICET Document Verification

• Candidates must register themselves in order to participate in the TS ICET document verification process
• Candidates will be called to participate in the document verification process according to their TS ICET rank
• The TS ICET document verification process will be conducted at various helpline centers.
• Candidates will be required to visit their respective helpline centres and show their TS ICET rank card to the in-charge stationed at the entrance of the centre
• Next, candidates will be required to register their names and pay the registration cum counselling fee
• After making the fee payment, candidates must obtain the receipt of the payment and secure it for future reference
• Then, candidates will have to collect the Registration cum Verification form from registration counter and verify their details and mobile number printed on it

Step 3: TS ICET Document Verification

• At the time of document verification, candidates must carry the above-mentioned documents to their respective counselling venue without fail
• If a candidate fails to produce any of the required documents at the time of document verification, they will not be allowed to further participate in the counselling process

• Candidates who belong to SC/ST/BC/OBC categories will be required to report to the Caste Verification officer and get their original caste certificate verified from the officer
• After this, the candidate will be given a printout of receipts of their certificates and in case of any discrepancy; the candidates must report to the Chief Verification Officer, if required
• After completing the caste certificate verification process, the candidate must report to other document verification officer for verification of other documents like marksheet of qualifying exam, identity proof etc.

Step 4: TS ICET Web Options Entry

• After getting done with the document verification, candidates must register for TS ICET Web Options Entry
• Candidates can use their registration number and generate a password for their profile
• There is no upper limit with regard to the number of choices a candidate can submit during choice filling
• Candidates are advised to save their options frequently to avoid any loss of data or any confusion later
• Candidates can also modify their entered choices several times within the stipulated time
• Once the candidate has entered their final choices, they must freeze or lock their choices before the last date for submission of options

Step 5: TS ICET Provisional Seat Allotment

• Once the candidates have locked in their final choices, the TS ICET 2025 seat allotment process will begin
• The seat allotment will be done on the basis of the TS ICET 2025 merit list
• The TSICET seat allotment order will be made available on the official website
• Candidates will be required to log into their account using their credentials and then download the seat allotment order along with the Bank Challan

Steps to Download TS ICET 2025 Seat Allotment Letter

The steps to download the TS ICET provisional seat allotment letter are as follows:

• Go to  the official website of TS ICET
• Log into the website using your credentials like TS ICET hall ticket number, date of birth, password, etc.
• The provisional TS ICET 2025 seat allotment order will appear on the screen
• Download the provisional allotment order PDF and secure it for future reference

Step 6: TS ICET Seat Confirmation

• After receiving the seat allotment letter, candidates must confirm their fees by paying the requisite fee mentioned in the provisional allotment order, 
• Candidates must pay the tuition fee via online mode using Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking within the stipulated time
• Candidates must note that the tuition fee is refundable
• After this, candidates will have to make Self Report at their allotted institute via online mode
• Candidates will be required to register with the Biometric system to give attendance in the allotted institute to confirm their seat allotment
• After completing the Self Reporting stage, the candidate’s admission number will be generated
• Candidate must download their admission number from the official site and take its printout
• If a candidate fails to pay the requisite tuition fee and Self Report within the stipulated time, their provisional seat allotment will be canceled

Step 7: Reporting at the Allotted Institute

• As the last step, candidates need to report to their allotted institute with the printout of the TS ICET seat allotment letter and fee receipt
• If a candidate does not report to their allotted institute within the stipulated time, their seat allotment will be cancelled
