XLRI Jamshedpur: Courses, Fees, Admission Process

Post Graduate Diploma in General Management (PGDM-GM) program at Xavier School of Management Jamshedpur (XLRI)  is an 18-month consolidated programme in general management designed to introduce the practicing managers to the theoretical foundations of management. 

The main highlights of the PGDM-GM programme at XLRI Jamshedpur are as follows:

• Candidates willing to apply for admission to PG Diploma must have a valid score in XAT - Xavier Aptitude Test examination. 
• Candidates with a valid GRE / GMAT score can also apply for the programme.
• The minimum eligibility for the course is a three year bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution/university.
• Candidates applying for the programme must be employed in a full-time job. They must have at least three years of relevant managerial experience in a public, private or non-governmental organization after completing graduation.
• Based on the XAT score, candidates are shortlisted for a Personal Interview (PI). 
• The final selection is based on the XAT performance, Academic Profile, Work Experience, performance in the PI and extra curricular activities.
• The total fees for the 18 months PGDM-GM programme at XLRI Jamshedpur is INR 24,20,000.
