Postgraduate diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) program is a two year full time management program offered at Xavier School of Management Jamshedpur (XLRI). The BM Programme equips the students with an integrated approach to management function and managerial skills.

• Candidates willing to apply for admission to PG Diploma must have a valid score in XAT - Xavier Aptitude Test examination. 
• The minimum eligibility for the course is a three year bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution/university.
