SIBM Pune Placements 2024: Highest CTC, Average CTC, Internships and Top Recruiters

SIBM Pune Placements 2024 has been successfully conducted with record-breaking figures. The institute saw over 48 legacy recruiters from various sectors like Automotive, BFSI, Consulting, FMCG/FMCD, and Manufacturing among others. The highest CTC offered during placement was INR 49 LPA. The average and median CTC offered were INR 28.16 LPA and INR 25 LPA respectively. 

The summer internship also saw an exceptional performance with students securing pre-placement offers. More than 75 organizations visited SIBM Pune offering a plethora of opportunities in sectors of Automotive and Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Consulting, and Healthcare among others. The average stipend offered during a two-month internship was INR 3.23 lakhs, and the median stipend stood at INR 3 Lakhs. The highest stipend offered witnessed remarkable growth from last year's summer placements stipend offered. During SIBM Pune summer placements for the MBA class of 2023-2025, the highest stipend offered stood at INR 4.50 Lakhs.

SIBM Pune Placements 2024: Batch Profile

The placements session of SIBM Pune saw students from various academic backgrounds. Over 21% of students were from a commerce background. Engineering background saw 69% of students. The average age of the students was 25.03 years. Participating students had an average of 17.04 months of experience. The batch had a gender diversity of 33%. The highest CTC offered during the placement was 49 LPA. The average and median CTC of the batch went up to 28.16 LPA and 25 LPA. There are 48 legacy recruiters and 55 new recruiters who made their presence during the placement drive. Female candidates grabbed the average CTC of 29.19 LPA while male candidates seized the average CTC of 27.65. There were a total of 111 pre-placement offers made in the SIBM Pune summer placements 2023. Specialization-wise 55% of offers were made in Human Resources.
