SIBM Pune Placements 2023 has been successfully conducted with record-breaking figures. The institute saw over 105 recruiters from various sectors like Automotive, BFSI, Consulting, FMCG/FMCD, and Manufacturing among others. The highest CTC offered during placement was INR 35.05 LPA. The average and median CTC offered were INR 26.77 LPA and INR 24 LPA respectively. 

The summer internship also saw an exceptional performance with students securing 111 pre-placement offers. More than 75 organizations visited SIBM Pune offering a plethora of opportunities in sectors of Automotive and Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Consulting, and Healthcare among others. The average stipend offered during a two-month internship was INR 2.91 lakhs. And the median stipend stood at INR 3.10 Lakhs.

Our top recruiters involve companies like Accenture Talent, Accelerator Program, Asian Paints, IMPRINTS, Bajaj Finserv Group, Cipla among others. SIBM Pune Placements 2023: Batch Profile

SIBM Pune placements 2023, saw students from various academic backgrounds. Over 21% of students were from a commerce background. Engineering background saw 69% of students. The average age of the students was 25.05 years. Participating students had an average of 17.53 months of experience. The batch had a gender diversity of 33%. The highest CTC offered during the placement was 35.05 LPA. The average and median CTC of the batch went up to 26.77 LPA and 24 LPA. There are 58 legacy recruiters and 49 new recruiters who made their presence during the placement drive. Female candidates grabbed the average CTC of 27.67 LPA while male candidates seized the average CTC of 26.31. There were a total of 111 pre-placement offers made. Specialization-wise 55% of offers were made in Human Resources. Every year 14% growth in pre-placement offers is seen during the placement drive. Following are the percentages of pre-placement offers made in the specializations:

SIBM Pune Summer Internship 2023 witnessed candidates from multiple academic backgrounds. Students from Engineering (77%) and Commerce (21%) backgrounds were seen.
