NIFT Delhi Admission 2024: The National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi admission for the academic year 2024 has been closed. The NIFT entrance examination is the minimum eligibility criteria to secure UG and PG admission at the institution, the NIFT 2025 registration will begin in the month of December 2024 tentatively. The dates are yet to be released by the institution. 

On the undergraduate level, the institution offers a B.Des programme across six different specialisations. M.Des, M.F.M, and F.M. Tech are offered at the master's level based on the score of the entrance examination. The institution also offers doctoral-level programmes on the basis of scores obtained in entrance examinations such as CEED/UGC NET. However, the institute also conducts its own entrance examination for admission to its PhD courses followed by a personal interview round as per the prescribed selection criteria set by the institution. NIFT Delhi fees for B.Des and M.Des courses cost INR 13,42,400 and INR 6,46,000 respectively.

NIFT Delhi Fees

NIFT Delhi: Eligibility & Selection Criteria 

NIFT Delhi admission to its courses is based on the NIFT entrance examination conducted by NTA. NIFT admission for the academic year 2024 has been closed, NIFT 2025 dates are yet to be announced by the institution. Candidates having a valid score in the respective entrance examination specific to the offered courses can fill out the institute admission application form. NIFT Delhi PhD admission is done on the basis of an entrance exam conducted by the institution followed by a personal interview round for granting final admission. NIFT Delhi B.Des Admission

Eligibility Criteria: Passed the plus 2 level examination in the 10+2 pattern of examination from any recognized Central/State Board of Secondary Examination, such as Central Board of Secondary Education/State Board New Delhi/Council for Indian School of Certificate Examination, New Delhi.

Selection Criteria: The candidates have to obtain valid scores in the NIFT entrance examination comprising two components namely, GAT (General Ability Test) and CAT (Creativity Ability Test) based on the choice of programme selected.

NIFT Delhi M.des Admission

Eligibility Criteria: Undergraduate Degree in any discipline from any Institute/ University recognized by law in India.

Selection Criteria: Shortlisted candidates for Masters Programmes after the NIFT entrance exam are required to undergo a Personal Interview (PI).

NIFT Delhi PhD Admission

Eligibility Criteria: Master’s degree in the relevant area of Design, Management, or Technology (or) equivalent qualification from an institute/ university of national/ international repute.

Selection Criteria: CEED/UGC NET is the entrance examination accepted for admission to PhD admission. Further, the institute conducts a personal interview round for the candidates with a valid score, as their final selection criteria.
