Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management at IIM Lucknow is a two year, full time, residential program. The students meeting the program requirements are awarded the degree of Master of Business Administration.

The main highlights of the PGP programme at IIM Lucknow are as follows:

• Candidates willing to apply for the PGP admission at IIM Lucknow must have a valid score in CAT.
• The minimum eligibility for the course is a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution/university.
• Candidates must have scored at least 50% marks in the qualifying degree. There are some exemptions for the reserved categories.
• Based on the CAT percentile, candidates are shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI) process. 
• The candidates, who have scored more than or equal to the Minimum Performance Requirement (MPR) in the PI, will be considered for the final merit list for the PGP Admission.
• The Academic profile and the work experience of the candidates are also taken into consideration while preparing the merit list.
