IIM Lucknow offers a Fellow Program in Management (FPM) to provide a comprehensive research knowledge to the individuals with an exceptional academic background, high motivation, discipline, and potential to become excellent researchers at international level.

The main highlights of the FPM programme at IIM Lucknow are as listed below.

• Candidates willing to apply for the doctoral programme in management at IIM Lucknow must have a valid test score in CAT/GRE/ GMAT/GATE/JRF-UGC/CSIR or equivalent exam.
• They must have a two year master’s degree or two year post graduate diploma or five-year Integrated Master’s degree programme in any discipline from a recognised university.
• Professional qualifications like CA, ICWA, CS are also accepted as minimum qualifications for the Ph.D. admissions at IIM Lucknow.
• Candidates applying for the programme must have scored minimum 55 percent marks in the qualifying degree.
• For direct admission to the Ph.D. programme, Candidates with a four Year/eight semester Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ four-year graduate degree with 65% marks or equivalent grade point average are eligible. They must also have a valid score in any of the national level exams mentioned above.
• Candidates with MBA or equivalent degree from IIMs with at least 60% marks need not have any of the above aptitude exam scores.
• Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the personal interview.
• Merit List will be prepared based on Personal Interview & Research Aptitude (second stage of PI), academic qualification and relevant work experience.
