IIM Lucknow offers a Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM) to meet learning aspirations of enthusiastic executives and teaching professionals, and will inculcate in them state-of-the-art research skills required for increased understanding of today's complex business world while continuing to work. This is a doctoral program and primarily aims at preparing students for career in management research, teaching and consulting. 

The main highlights of the EFPM programme at IIM Lucknow are as listed below.

• Candidates willing to apply for the doctoral programme in management at IIM Lucknow must have a valid test score in CAT/ GRE/ GMAT/ GATE / JRF-UGC/ CSIR or PGPWE Entrance Exam conducted at Noida Campus.
• They must have a two year master’s degree or two year post graduate diploma or five-year Integrated Master’s degree programme in any discipline from a recognised university.
• Professional qualifications like CA, ICWA, CS are also accepted as minimum qualifications for the Ph.D. admissions at IIM Lucknow.
• Candidates applying for the programme must have scored minimum 55 percent marks in the qualifying degree.
• For direct admission to the Ph.D. programme, Candidates with a four Year/eight semester Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 65% marks or equivalent grade point average are eligible. They must also have a valid score in any of the national level exams mentioned above.
• Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the personal interview.
• Merit List will be prepared based on Personal Interview & Research Aptitude (second stage of PI), academic qualification and relevant work experience.
