SSC CHSL Result 2024: Answer Key, Final Result & Merit List

SSC CHSL Result 2024: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) releases the result for SSC CHSL Tier 1 and Tier 2 exams on the official website at ssc.nic.in. Before the result, the comission will also release SSC CHSL answer key. Candidates will be allowed to make objections against the answer key. The final answer key for the examination will be released along with the result. 

Candidates scoring above 33 per cent will be considered qualified. However, the commission will release the SSC CHSL Cutoff, on the basis of which candidates will be shortlisted for the next phase. As per the revised pattern, candidates will have to secure a sectional cut-off, along with the overall SSC CHSL Cutoff.

Once the SSC CHSL Results are announced, shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the Document Verification(DV) round. The SSC CHSL final Result will be released on the basis of the performance of the candidates in Tier 1 and Tier 2 of the examination.

SSC CHSL Result 2024 Stages

SSC CHSL Tier 1 Result 2024

Candidates who appeared for the tier 1 exam can check the SSC CHSL result for tier 1 from the official website although the individual scorecard will be available on the respective regional official website. SSC CHSL results for tier 1 exam will be released in PDF having roll numbers of all the qualified candidates. Candidates who qualify in the SSC CHSL tier 1 exam will be called for the tier 2 examination.

SSC CHSL Tier 2 Result 2024

Candidates will be shortlisted for a skill test if they qualify for the SSC CHSL tier 2 exam. All candidates will be required to take the SSC CHSL skill test. and it will only be qualifying in nature. The SSC CHSL skill test will compute candidates' scores up to two decimals. The normalized Cutoff marks from the Tier 1 and Tier 2 tests will be used to calculate the final SSC CHSL result.

SSC CHSL Final Merit List 2024

Following the completion of the skill test, the Staff Selection Commission will announce the SSC CHSL final merit list. Performance in Tier 1 and Tier 2 exams will be taken into account while releasing the SSC CHSL 2024 final merit list. Letters of appointment will be given to candidates who receive scores that are equal to or higher than the overall cutoff marks.

Resolution of Tie Cases

When multiple candidates obtain the same total marks in Tier I and Tier II, a tie will be resolved by applying each of the following procedures in sequence:

1. Total marks of Tier-II Examination.
2. Date of birth, with older candidates placed higher.
3. Alphabetical order in which the names of the candidates appear

SSC CHSL Cut Off 2024

SSC will announce the SSC CHSL 2024 cutoff score simultaneously with the SSC CHSL result. Candidates must have scores that are equal to or higher than the SSC CHSL cutoff marks to qualify for the next stage of the SSC CGL examination. After the release of the final cut-off for all the tiers of SSC CHSL exam, shortlisted candidates will be called for the Document verification round.
