APPSC Exam Pattern 2023: The APPSC Prelim and Mains Group 1 exam pattern is released by the Commission on the official website. The exam pattern was released in the form of a PDF on the website. APPSC Prelim, also known as the screening exam, has two papers, and each paper has 120 questions. The exam consisted of negative markings, and one-third mark will be deducted for a wrong answer. On the other hand, the Mains exam has seven papers, and the first two papers are in English and Telugu. The paper doesn't have any negative marking in the exam, and a total of 3 hours is given to attempt each paper.

APPSC Prelims Group 1 Exam Pattern 2023
Candidates who tend to appear for the APPSC Prelim exam are advised to check the exam pattern. The APPSC prelim exam has two papers and both the papers are MCQ type. The exam is conducted in offline mode. Further, the exam has negative markings and one-third of marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. On the other hand, each question carries 1 mark which makes the total marks of the exam 120.

APPSC Mains Group 1: Exam Pattern
The APPSC has released the dates for the Mains exam. Since the prelim exam has been conducted, the Mains exam is set to conduct from 23rd April 2023 and will come to an end on April 29th 2023.
The candidates who will successfully clear the prelim exam will be then eligible to appear for the APPSC Mains exam. The exam is conducted in offline mode. On the other hand, the exam has a total of 7 descriptive papers and each paper has 150 marks. The exam also consists of two qualifying papers: English and Telugu.
