AIBE Syllabus 2023 : The Bar Council of India (BCI) releases the syllabus for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) on its official website. Candidates can view and download the syllabus in PDF format from the AIBE official website. The syllabus consists of the list of topics and the weightage of each subject in terms of the number of questions allotted to the subject. The AIBE examination is a certification examination conducted for law graduates who are seeking to practice the profession of lawyer.

Students are encouraged to go through the AIBE 2023 syllabus as they will get an idea about which topics and chapters need to be covered during exam preparation. The AIBE - XVII examination 2023 was conducted on February 5, 2023. The AIBE exam is conducted twice in a year by the Bar Council of India across 50 cities and 140 exam centres. The exam has a multi-choice model and is conducted in offline mode with an exam duration of three and a half hours. The question paper will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions. There is no negative marking in the examination. The AIBE examination evaluates the candidate’s basic knowledge of law subjects and their analytical skills.
