DCECE Application Form 2023: Check Dates, Steps to Apply, Fees & Application Form Correction

DCECE Application Form 2023: This year's DCECE 2023 application process is over. The DCECE application form 2023 was released on April 27, 2023. The last date to fill out the application form was May 22, 2023. The DCECE application forms were released on the official website of BCECEB (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board). Candidates who meet the DCECE Eligibility Criteria can apply for the entrance examination by visiting the board’s official website. The steps to fill out the DCECE application form 2023 has been given below in this article.

The DCECE application form fee will vary according to the category the candidates belong to and the course they seek admission into. Candidates who clear the DCECE Exam 2023 will be eligible for entry into the various Polytechnic Engineering (PE), Paramedical Matrix Level (PMM) & Paramedical Intermediate Level (PM) courses/colleges in the state of Bihar.

In case, a candidate wishes to make any correction in their DCECE application form after submitting it, they can do so within a specified period that the board will notify on its official website. After the stipulated time, the board will not entertain any application correction requests by the candidates.

Steps to Fill DCECE Application Form 2023

Candidates can fill out the DCECE application form 2023 with the help of the following steps:

Step 1: Online Registration

• Candidates must use their working mobile number and mail ID while registering for the DCECE exam 2023
• All DCECE exam-related communication will be done via the candidate’s registered mobile number and mail ID 
• Once candidates enter their mobile number and mail ID, separate verification codes will be sent to them in order to verify the candidate’s credentials
• After getting their mobile number and mail ID verified, candidates can then can log into the official DCECE website using their registered mail ID and password

Step 2: Personal Information

• After logging into their candidate account, candidates will be required to fill in their personal information & details in the application form
• After entering the required information, candidates have to click on the “submit and continue” button 

Step 3: Upload Photo and Signature

Candidates will then have to scan and upload the following documents:

• High-contrast colored photograph (the candidate must be holding a placard in the picture on which candidate’s name and the date on which the photograph has been taken, is clearly visible)
• Candidate’s signature in English language
• Candidate’s signature in Hindi Language

Once the candidate has uploaded the required documents, they have to click on the “submit and continue” button. 

Step 4: Educational Information

• Candidates will then be required to enter their educational information in the relevant fields
• After filling in the required educational information, candidates have to click on the “submit and continue” button

Step 5: Review the application form

• Candidates must carefully read and review their DCECE application form
• If the candidate has to make any corrections to the previous sections of the application form, they have to click on the “back to edit” option and make the required edits
• After making the necessary changes in the application form, candidates have to click on the “ submit and continue” option
• Once the candidate has carefully reviewed the DCECE application form, they must submit their declaration by clicking on the “confirm and submit” option

Step 6: Pay Application Form Fee

After carefully reviewing the DCECE application form, candidates have to click on the “proceed to payment” option in order to pay the DCECE application form fee. It must be noted that the DCECE application fee is non-refundable. 

Candidates can pay the DCECE application form fee via the following modes:

A) Bank Challan

• Candidate will have to select the offline/NEFT challan option as their mode of payment
• Candidates will be required to download the Challan, get its printout and then make the fee payment via NEFT
• Candidate will also have to pay the processing charges involved in this transaction 

B) Online: Candidate will also have to pay the processing charges involved in this transaction

Step 7: Download Part A and Part B of Application Form

• After completing all the above steps, candidates have to download their DCECE application form (both Part A and Part B)
• Candidates must secure their application form till the end of the DCECE admission process

DCECE Application Form Correction 2023

Candidates who have successfully submitted their DCECE application form and wish to make corrections in it can do the same within a stipulated time period.

Candidates can make corrections to their DCECE application form with the help of the following steps:

• Visit the official website of BCECEB
• Log into the website using your registered email ID and password 
• Next, click on the edit option & make the required edits in your DCECE application form 
• After editing the application form, you have to click on the “submit & continue” option
• Download your edited DCECE application form (Part A and Part B), take its printout & secure it for future reference
