• The candidate must have successfully completed the 10+2 Examination with a combination of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, or possess an equivalent qualification. 
• The minimum required aggregate score for eligibility is 50%.

• The individual should hold qualifications as a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife, acquired from a recognized Institute, and be duly registered with the respective State Nursing Council, as approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
• Alternatively, in the case of male candidates who are fully qualified to provide nursing care for men, women, and children, substitute registration should be obtained as applicable.

• The candidate must have completed a B.Sc. Nursing or Post-Basic program from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and PGIMER, Chandigarh. 
• The applicant must have achieved a minimum aggregate score of 55% marks in the above-mentioned qualification.
• The candidate is required to possess a minimum of one year of work experience in bedside nursing after being registered as a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife. 
• This work experience should be gained in a hospital with a minimum of 100 beds (applicable to private hospitals only) or in Nursing Educational Institutions recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.

Bachelors of Physiotherapy (B.Ph.T)

4 Years + 6 months internship

The candidate should have successfully completed the Higher Secondary (10+2) by any Indian University with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology), as well as Mathematics. 

OR

Candidates who have pursued their education abroad and have obtained qualifications from the Association of Indian Universities. Additionally, they must have passed the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English up to the 12th Standard level.

Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Science

3.5 years + 6 months internship

The applicant is required to have successfully completed the 10+2 with Biology as a subject or pursued a Vocational course in Medical Laboratory Science/Medical Laboratory Technology (MLS/MLT). The minimum aggregate percentage of marks required for eligibility is 50%.

OR

Possession of a three-year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized Board/University.

B.Sc. Medical Radiology & Imaging Technology

3 years + 12-month internship

Successful completion of 10+2 with the Science Group recognized by any Indian University with passing marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

OR

Candidates who have successfully cleared the Senior Secondary School Examination of National Open School with a minimum of five subjects are eligible if they have studied any of the following group subjects:

a. English, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology

b. English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and any other language.

B.Sc. (Radiotherapy Technology)

3 years + 6 months internship

Candidates seeking admission should have successfully completed the 12th Class examination from CBSE with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Science subjects.

B.Sc. Medical Technology (Operation Theatre)

3 years + 12 Month internship

Candidates must have completed the Higher Secondary (10+2) recognized by any Indian University or a duly constituted board. To be eligible, candidates must have obtained pass marks (minimum 50%) in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics.

 OR

Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology after successful completion of their 12th Class/10+2 education from CBSE or any equivalent recognized board.

B.Sc. Medical Technology (Dialysis Therapy Technology

3 years + 12- Month internship

1. Passed 10+2 with a science stream from a recognized board.

2. Completed a Diploma in Dialysis Therapy Technology.

In either case, candidates must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology (PCM/B).

Bachelor of Optometry (B.Optom)

3 years + 12-Month internship

Applicants must have completed Higher Secondary (10+2) or an equivalent examination recognized by any Indian University or a duly constituted Board. They are required to obtain a minimum of 60% pass marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics.

Bachelor of Public Health (BPH)

3 years + 12- Month internship

Applicants must possess a 10+2 or equivalent certificate from a recognized Board/University. 

OR

Candidates should have successfully completed the Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) / Male Health Worker / Female Health Worker / Multipurpose Health Worker / Lady Health Visitor/ Health Inspector/ Sanitary Inspector / Food Inspector/ Drug Inspector/ Laboratory Technicians course or any other equivalent course.

Biochemistry

Candidates should possess a B.Sc. or B.Sc. (Hons.) or B.Sc. (Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry taken together) degree from a recognized University or Institute with a minimum of 55% marks for general category candidates and 50% for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Tribes/OBC.

Medical Biotechnology

Candidates must hold a B.Sc. degree with 55% marks in any subject of Life/Biological Sciences for General category candidates and 50% marks for candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBC category. Alternatively, candidates with an MBBS degree from a recognized University/Institute are also eligible to apply.

Pharmacology

Candidates must possess an MBBS degree or its equivalent qualification from a University/Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India. Alternatively, candidates who have passed B.Sc (Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry taken together) or B.V.Sc. or B.Pharma from a recognized University is also eligible to apply.

Respiratory Care

Candidates should hold a B.Sc. degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, B.Sc. in Nursing, B.Sc. Medical, or Bachelor of Physiotherapy from any recognized University within India. Alternatively, candidates with an equivalent degree from any other recognized University/Institute are also eligible to apply, provided they have obtained a minimum of 55% marks in their respective degrees.

Anatomy

The candidate should possess one of the following qualifications and must have obtained a minimum of 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST/OBC candidates) in the aggregate in the qualifying examination:

a) MBBS/BDS

Additionally, the candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience in a hospital for a minimum of five years of experience in general practice. The application should be accompanied by a certificate issued by the District Magistrate as evidence of the claimed general practice.
