NIOS Result 2026

NIOS Result 2026: The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) conducts the public examinations twice a year in the months of April-May and October-November for class 10th and 12th students. The NIOS institute releases the results for secondary and senior secondary exams on its websites - nios.ac.in, and results.nios.ac.in. 

The NIOS class 10th and 12th results for the April/May and October/November sessions will be announced once the exams are successfully concluded. Both NIOS 10th and 12th result is released in online mode. Once the results are released by the examination body, students can check and download their results by entering their required login credentials, such as enrolment number and security captcha code, in the NIOS result login window.

The NIOS datesheet 2026 for the April and October sessions are released in March and September for the April-May and October-November sessions, respectively. NIOS April 2026 theory exams for Class 10 and 12 will be held from April 10, 2026, to May 6, 2026. Practical exams for both classes are held before this, starting from March 17 to April 1, 2026

Last year, the NIOS board exams for 10th and 12th were held from April 9 to May 19, 2025, in pen-and-paper format for the April/May sesion and for the October-November session, the exam was held from October 14 to November 18, 2025. Also, last year, the board conducted the practical exams for both secondary and senior secondary classes from March 17 to April 1, 2025.
