ICAI has rescheduled CA Foundation December Dates. Candidates can check the ICAI CA Foundation dates on the official website. As per the information, CA Foundation December exam will now be conducted on December 31, January 2, 4 and 6, 2023.

What's New in ICAI CA Exam 2023? The registration for the ICAI CA November 2023 Exam will close today, August 23, 2023. The registration began on August 2, 2023. Candidates interested in appearing for the CA Foundation, Intermediate, and Final exams can complete the registration process on the ICAI website at icai.org.

 ICAI CA has announced new dates for CA Foundation December exam. The revised exam dates are available on the official website. As per the information shared by ICAI, the foundation exam will now be conducted from December 31, January 2, 4 and 6, 2023.  Earlier, the exam was supposed to take place form December 24, 26, 28 and 30, 2023.

ICAI CA Application Form 2023: ICAI has released the CA Inter, Final exam dates (November session). The CA exam dates 2023 have been released on the official website. ICAI has released CA Inter, Final exam dates PDF. As per the information shared by the ICAI, CA Exam registration will begin on August 02, 2023, and conclude on August 23, 2023. 

Candidates can fill the application form online. CA application form consists of several steps including filling the application form, uploading the document and paying the application fees. Once the candidate has successfully filled the application form, will then be eligible to get the CA Admit Card 2023. 

Further, the ICAI  has also released the CA Inter, final exam dates 2023 (November session). As per the information released by the ICAI, CA Inter Group I examination will begin from November 2, 4, 6 and 8, 2023 and Group II will be held on November 10, 13, 15 and 17, 2023. On the other hand, ICAI will conduct the CA final course Group I examination on November 1, 3, 5 and 7, 2023 and Group II will take place on November 9, 11, 14 and 16, 2023.

CA application forms 2023 have been released on the ICAI’s official website. As per the information shared by the agency, the registration process began on February 03, 2023, and came to an end on February 24, 2023. Apart from that the official dates for  Foundation, Intermediate, and Final courses have also been announced. 

While filling out the application form, candidates will have the provision to select their desired exam city centre. Further, if a candidate has made any mistake while filling out the application form, then they was given a time period from March 04, 2023, to March 10, 2023, to make corrections in their form.

ICAI CA Registration Process 

In order to fill the CA application form 2023, candidates must have a valid ID on the self-service portal (SSP). Apart from that candidates should also have a valid course registration. If in case, the validity of the course has lapsed, then candidates are immediately required to re-validate or convert on SSP at https://eservices.icai.org/.

CA Course Registration Validity

  • Candidate must know that the validation for CA Final course is for 5 years 
  • The validation for CA Intermediate course registration is 4 years
  • For candidates who are appearing for the CA Foundation course, then its validity is for 3 years. 

Revalidation: 

Candidates who wish to revalidate their course registration from the Self-Service Portal have to do it during the said period. The fee for revalidation is:

  • CA Final - INR 500  
  • CA Intermediate - INR 400
  • CA Foundation - INR 300 

Conversion 

Candidates must be aware that it is mandatory for them to register under the Old Scheme to convert on SSP from CA Final Old Course to CA Final New Course, CA Intermediate (IPCE) to CA Intermediate by paying INR 1,000 and from CA CPT to CA Foundation by paying INR 500.

Steps to Register for CA Exam 

The first step for candidates to appear for the CA examination is the registration process. Without the registration process, a candidate does not have the provision to appear for the examination. Candidates aspiring to appear for the examination can apply for the ICAI exams/courses by registering themselves on the official website. Candidates can follow these simple steps which will help them in the registration for the CA courses. 

Step 1:  Candidates who are making the registration for the first time should follow these simple steps.

  • Visit the official website 
  • On the homepage, candidates will find the log-in/REGISTER on the main tab -- click on that 
  • Now, to register, candidates need to click on the 'New User Register here!'. 
  • Candidates will see a registration form on their screens 
  • Candidates must provide the information requested, such as Examination (Final - Old and New, Intermediate IPC-ATE_Old, Intermediate New, and Foundation, Choose your prefix, registration number, birthdate as it appears on your birth documents, a working email address, a cell phone number, and a landline number. (If any but not mandatory)
  • Once done, candidates have to click on the confirmation/declaration and 'Register' button to complete ICAI Exam Registration
  • After ICAI registration is complete, fill out the application for the relevant test.

Steps to Fill CA Application Form

Following the instructions below, applicants can fill out their CA course application after successfully registering:

Step 1: Go to the official website 

Step 2: On the homepage, students have to select the registration number from the drop-down menu 

Step 3: Authenticate using course+SRN+DOB

Step 4: Once the authentication process is complete, candidates have to enter their email and mobile number 

Step 5: With the help of the registration number and password, candidates have to log in 

Step 6: Candidates have to provide their address and other details

Step 7: Further, candidates have to validate their given email and mobile number 

Step 8: Fill out the form and upload the necessary documents

Step 9: Candidates have to make an application fee payment to complete the process 

Step 10: Download the properly completed CA test application for future use.

Steps to Edit ICAI CA Form

Candidates are provided with an opportunity by the ICAI to update some fields in their submitted CA exam forms. These fields include exam city, medium, and group. The edits can be done once the form correction window opens. The form correction process was conducted from March 04, 2023, till March 10, 2023. 

Here are the steps through which candidates can make edits to their application form : 

Step 1: Go to the official website 

Step 2: On the homepage, candidates need to log in by entering their login ID and passwords. 

Step 3: Now, candidates are allowed to make changes to their exam form

Step 4: Once done, candidates can click on the save button.

ICAI CA Application Fees 

Once the application process is completed, candidates can pay the application process for the CA application fee via the following: 

  • Debit Card or Credit Card (VISA or MASTER or MAESTRO/ RUPAY)
  • Net Banking
  • Bhim UPI payment 

Further, the candidate should be aware that they have to pay an additional INR 600 towards the late fee (for four Domestic & Kathmandu centres) and USD 10 (for Overseas Centres) after the deadline.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What are the application dates for the ICAI CA May 2023 examination?

CA Exam application dates for May 2023 session exam were February 3 till February 24. Candidates who miss the deadline had to pay a late fee of INR 600.
