IIT Roorkee Courses: Admissions, Seats, Fees and Eligibility
Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee is one of the best institutes for engineering and technology in India. The institute has a wide range of courses at undergraduate, post graduate and doctoral levels. IIT Roorkee offers bachelor’s degree in 12 disciplines of engineering and architecture, and about 55 postgraduate courses in various disciplines of Engineering, Applied Science, Architecture and Planning, Design, Management and Humanities & Social Sciences.
The BTech and BArch admissions at the IIT Roorkee are based on JEE Advanced score. Candidates must register to the JoSAA counselling for the BTech admissions. The IIT Roorkee MTech admissions are done through COAP based on the GATE scores. The institute also offers MDes, MSc, MBA programmes at the post graduation level. Candidates applying for the MSc programs should have appeared in the IIT-JAM exam and scored a valid score in it. The MBA admissions at IIT Roorkee are based on the national level exam CAT.
