RPSC Syllabus 2024: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) conducts RAS examination in Rajasthan for the recruitment of officers under the state service job posts. The RPSC RAS notification for 2024 session has been released on September 2, 2024. Candidates preparing for RPSC RAS examination can check previous session's syllabus for prelims and mains at the offiical website. 

The latest syllabus for RPSC RAS exam 2024 is yet to be released. However, candidates can begin their preparation using previous year's syllabus as well. In order to perform well in the exam, candidates are advised to check the syllabus and follow RPSC exam pattern while studying. The syllabus for Prelims and Mains differs from each other.

Both rounds will have subjects and topics ranging from different fields including Science & Technology, Quantitative Aptitude, General Knowledge, and Reasoning among others. Further, students will also be questioned on facts about the state of Rajasthan including political issues, developments, history and geography.

RPSC RAS Prelims Syllabus 2024

The RPSC Preliminary exam consists of two papers: General Studies 1 and General Studies 2. These papers include General Knowledge and General Science topics. Both papers are objective in nature and carry 200 marks each. Students are given 3 hours to solve each paper. RPSC RAS Mains Syllabus 2024

The next round of the RPSC exam is the Mains paper which comprises four General Papers, namely: General Studies 1, General Studies 2, General Studies 3, and General Studies 4. The subjects and topics are similar to the Prelims round, but applicants require better clarity of the concepts to clear this phase of the exam. It is a pen and paper-based exam worth 800 marks.
