RPSC RAS Exam Pattern 2024: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) annually conducts state government exams for different grade A and B posts in Rajasthan. The RPSC exam pattern for each job post differs based on the nature of the job position. However, the general pattern of the exam remains the same. RPSC RAS exam is conducted in three rounds, which are- Prelims, Mains, and Interview. Recruited applicants will further need to appear for a data verification round.

The preliminary round for RPSC RAS exam comprises one paper whereas the RPSC mains exam includes a total of four papers. Those who qualify for the prelims round will be eligible for the mains round. RPSC conducts exams for various positions such as Assistant Engineer, Junior Accountant, RPSC Assistant Professor, Senior Teacher, and many more. RPSC RAS Prelims Exam Pattern 2024

RPSC Prelims is a pen and paper-based exam consisting of multiple choice questions (MCQ). The duration of the exam is 3 hours, and the maximum marks are 200. The exam comprises two major papers, which are General Studies I and General Studies II. General Studies I includes topics such as History, Geography, and Indian Polity, while General Studies II comprises Logical Reasoning, Current Affairs, and Rajasthan-specific GK topics. RPSC Mains Exam Pattern 2024

RPSC Mains includes four papers, which are General Studies I, General Studies II, General Studies III, and General Hind &English. The exam is conducted in offline mode, and the duration of each paper is also 3 hours. Each paper carries a maximum of 200 marks, making the maximum marks for RPSC mains to be 800. • Long Question Types: The word limit is 100 and the marks per question are 10
• Medium Question Types: The word limit is 50 and the marks per question are 5

RPSC RAS Interview Pattern 2024

This is the third phase of the exam and those who qualify for the Mains round are eligible for this particular phase of the exam. The personality/viva-voce examination is worth a maximum of 100 marks. This round is designed to evaluate the personality, communication skills, and knowledge of the candidate. • Candidates are interviewed by a panel of experts appointed by the RPSC

• The panel may ask questions related to the candidate's educational background, work experience, and other personal information
• The duration of the viva-voce round is 15 to 20 minutes, but it can extend up to 30 minutes
