IIT JAM Preparation 2024: JAM or Joint Admission Test for Masters is all set to take place on February 11, 2024. The test is organised by the Indian Institute of Technology. This time, IIT Madras is the organising institute. Candidates can check the official website for IIT JAM syllabus 2024 and prepare accordingly. 

IIT JAM 2024 consists of seven test papers including Biotechnology, Chemistry, Economics, Geology, Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, and Physics. Candidates are allowed to appear for a maximum of 2 tests. The ideal way to prepare for the exam is to keep regular revision sessions, and solve previous years’ test papers. 

Time management is another important strategy while preparing for the test. The IIT JAM exam pattern 2024 consists of three sections. Candidates must try to allot equal time to every section of the paper. 

IIT JAM Exam Pattern 2024

Before beginning the preparation, IIT JAM aspirants must be aware of the exam pattern. The test paper will be divided into three sections: section A, section B, and section C. Section A will contain 30 multiple choice questions, section B will contain 10 multiple select questions, and section C will have 20 numerical answer type questions.
