FMGE Result 2023: National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) declares the result of the FMGE examination on its official website. The FMGE result 2023 for the December session exam was announced by February 6, 2024. The FMGE exam 2023 (December session) was held on January 20, 2024. The FMGE exam is conducted for Indian citizens, with medical qualifications from a foreign institution, who plan to practise medicine in India. 

Candidates can download the FMGE score card through applicant login using their User ID and Password. Examinees must score at least 150 marks out of 300 to clear the FMGE examination. The FMGE result is declared as a pass or fail report. Exam applicants who qualify the FMGE exam will be able to secure permanent or provisional registration with National Medical Commission or State Medical Council. 

The FMGE result mentions roll number, qualifying status(pass/fail), and the marks secured by the candidate. Before the declaration of the result, the questions of the FMGE examination can be challenged for technical errors, if any. The challenge to the questions must be raised within 5 days after the examination has been conducted. Candidates should note that there is no provision for re-evaluation, re-totaling, or re-checking and no requests in this regard will be entertained. 

FMGE Result 2023

The FMGE result for December 2023 session has been declared on February 6, 2024. Candidates who have qualified the FMGE exam will need to attend an ‘in-person’ verification of credentials which include Face ID and biometric. After the in-person verification of identity and documents, qualified candidates will be issued with pass certificates within 4 weeks of the result declaration. The FMGE pass certificate is a mandatory document required for registration with National Medical Commission or State Medical Council and the FMGE scorecard will not be accepted as an alternative.
