What's New in FMGE Exam 2023?
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has issued the FMGE admit card 2023. Candidates can check the hall tickets from the official website. Further, candidates need to visit the FMGE login and use their credentials to download the hall ticket. If a candidate is found without a hall ticket, then he or she will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. Meanwhile, the FMGE exam 2023 took place on July 30, 2023.
FMGE Admit Card 2023: National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) released the FMGE admit card 2023 on July 25, 2023. Candidates have to download the admit card from the official website of NBEMS. The admit card along with a valid photo identification proof are the two mandatory documents required for entry to the FMGE examination hall. The FMGE Exam 2023 was held on July 30, 2023.
Candidates can download the FMGE admit card using the login credentials generated during exam registration. The NBEMS will notify exam applicants through SMS/Email and official website notice regarding the release of admit cards. It should be noted that the hall tickets will not be sent by post or email.
The FMGE hall ticket will mention important details such as reporting time, examination center address, along with details related to the candidate such as name, roll number, and date of birth. Candidates need to affix their latest passport-size photograph, which is not more than 3 months old, in the given space on the admit card.
FMGE Admit Card 2023
The FMGE admit card 2023 will be released on July 25, 2023. Exam applicants need to visit the official website of NBEMS to download the hall tickets. The FMGE hall tickets will only be issued to candidates who fulfill the FMGE eligibility criteria 2023. The Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FGME) is conducted for candidates who hold a primary medical qualification from a medical school abroad and aspire to practise medicine in India.
Steps to Download FMGE Admit Card 2023
Candidates can check the steps to download the FMGE hall tickets given below.
Step 1: Visit the official website of NBEMS
Step 2: Candidates need to click on ‘FMGE June 2023’
Step 3: Candidates are required to log in using User ID and Password
Step 4: Click on the link that mentions ‘Download Admit Card’
Step 5: Download and print the FMGE hall ticket
Candidates need to be mindful of the following instructions regarding pasting the photograph on admit card :
- The dimensions of the photograph should be at least 35x45 mm (and not larger than the box printed on admit card for pasting the photograph.
- 75% of the space provided for pasting the photograph should be covered with the candidate’s face and head.
- The photograph needs to be a coloured photograph with white background.
- The photograph should display the full front view of the face with a neutral expression.
- The candidate should not be wearing caps, stethoscope, goggles, or ornaments in the photograph.
- The photograph must not show reflection or shadow on the face with red eyes.
- The photograph needs to be printed on high-quality paper with a minimum of 600 dpi resolution.
- There should be no kinks, scratches, or stains in the photograph.
FMGE 2023: Exam Day Instructions
- Candidates need to reach the examination centre at the reporting time given in the admit card.
- It must be noted that the reporting counter will close 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
- Candidates who reach the examination centre late (beyond the prescribed reporting time) will not be allowed to take the exam.
- Candidates should carry the following documents to the examination centre :
a) Print out of Barcoded/QR Coded Admit card with the candidate’s photograph affixed to it.
b) Original and valid government-issued photo identification proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhaar Card)
- Candidates are prohibited from carrying any of the following items to the examination hall :
a) Stationary and textual material such as notes, pens, writing pads, pen drives, erasers, pen drives, calculators, plastic pouches, etc.
b) Electronic devices such as bluetooth, microphone, mobile phone, earphones, pager, calculator, electronic pen or scanner
c) Ornaments
d) Food Items, water bottles, soft drinks, etc.
