KMAT Exam 2025: The Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges’ Association (KPPGCA) conducts the Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) for candidates seeking admission in MBA, MCA, and PGDM courses in universities of Karnataka. It facilitates admission to over 189 All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)-approved and university-affiliated management institutes in Bangalore and Karnataka. This year, the KMAT exam was held on September 7, 2025. The KMAT Result 2025 will be declared on September 22, 2025

KMAT Admit Card 2025

The KMAT admit card has been released for candidates who have completed their registration online. The admit card provides details about the candidate's roll number, date of birth, exam subject, duration, and time slot. Candidates are advised to keep their KMAT admit card along with them during the examination.

The KPPGCA was established on January 29, 2003, to provide proactive support to professional education and facilitate and streamline admission to postgraduate professional courses, such as MBA, PGDM, and MCA. Check below the details of the KMAT exam 2025. 

Candidates interested in appearing for the KMAT exam 2025 can register for the examination online. However, before applying, candidates must check the eligibility criteria. The following eligibility requirements apply to candidates participating in the KMAT exam 2025: 

  • Applicants are required to hold a valid bachelor’s degree with a minimum duration of 3 years from a recognised university. The degree must be in one of the following disciplines:
    • Commerce 
    • Management 
    • Arts
    • Social Sciences
    • Engineering/Technology or an equivalent discipline
  • Applying candidates must have scored a minimum aggregate score as per their category in their bachelor’s degree. Check category-wise minimum score requirements: 
    • General category: 50%
    • SC/ST: 45%
  • Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply for KMAT 2025, given that they have scored the minimum aggregate score requirements in their semester scores.

KPPGCA will release the results for KMAT 2025 on September 15. Candidates who appear for the examination will be able to download their scorecards from the official website - kmatindia.com. 

The KMAT qualifying certificate will remain valid until the next exam session begins. Candidates who qualify in the first round will be eligible to appear for the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. Once all rounds are over, the exam conducting body will release the final result for eligible candidates.
