IPU CET 2024 Result: Date, Scorecard, Qualifying Marks, Cut off

IPU CET Result 2024 is expected to be declared in June 2024. The officials are yet to confirm the result date for IPU CET 2024. The IPU CET exam is scheduled from April 27, 2024, to May 14, 2024. Candidates who appeared for the entrance exam will be able to check the IPU CET 2024 result using their login credentials such as registration number and password.

IPU CET result is declared in the form of a scorecard. The scorecard contains the details such as candidate’s name, candidate’s rank, subject-wise marks, total marks, percentile score, etc.

Students who clear the minimum cut off marks are qualified for IPU CET Counselling 2024. The counselling for IPU CET is tentatively scheduled from June 4, 2024. The university, however, will release the official dates soon on its website, ipu.ac.in.

IPU CET Result 2024 - How to Check?

Candidates can check their IPU CET result 2024 by using the following steps:

• Candidates are required to visit the official website- ipu.ac.in ;
• Candidates are then directed to click on the Result Link;
• Followed by which, candidates will have to select their subject;
• IPU CET Result 2024 will open in the form of a rank list;
• Candidates are required to save the rank list;
• Post downloading, candidates can enter the IPU CET 2024 Rank List.

IPU CET Scorecard 2024

IPU CET Scorecard 2024 will carry the following details: 

• Name of the candidate
• Program Name
• CET Code
• Roll No.
• Region 
• Category of the candidate 
• Rank Status 

IPU CET Score Calculation 2024 

After downloading the answer key, students have to calculate their marks. To calculate IPU CET score, students must know the exam marking scheme. Aspirants can check the marking scheme for IPU CET below:

1. The total number of questions are 100 
2. The total marks for the test is 400
3. For each correct answer 4 marks will be awarded
4. For each incorrect answer 1 mark will be deducted. 

For eg: A candidate attempted 80 questions in total ( 80*4 = 320) out of which 70 answers were correct and 10 went wrong the final marks awarded for the test will be ( 80*4 - 10*5 = 270)

IPU CET Cut off

Candidates need to score a minimum mark in IPU CET 2024 examination to be able to participate in the counselling and admission process. The IPU CET CUT OFF 2024 will be released after the examination.

IPU CET Counselling 2024

Candidates' scores in IPU CET will determine the shortlisting of the candidates for the counselling round. IPU CET counselling 2024 will be conducted both in Online and Offline mode. The tentative date for the counselling is June 4, 2024. For all programmes for which offline counselling will be held: Venue of counselling will be notified in the counselling schedule on the University’s website (www.ipu.ac.in).

 The candidates have to pay a required amount to be eligible to sit for the counselling rounds and freeze their seats for the same.
