AP EAMCET Counselling 2026: APSCHE has released the AP EAMCET 2026 final phase counselling schedule. The final phase registration and processing fee payment will begin on August 17 and continue until August 20, 2026.

AP EAMCET Counselling 2026: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has announced the schedule for the AP EAMCET 2026 final phase counselling for MPC-stream candidates. The final phase registration and processing fee payment will begin on August 17 and continue until August 20, 2026. Candidates who are yet to secure a seat or wish to participate in the final phase can complete the counselling formalities through the designated AP EAMCET counselling portal.

The exam authority revised the AP EAMCET Counselling Dates 2026. With this, qualified students could apply for AP EAPCET Counselling 2026 till August 1. The web options could be filled till August 3, 2026. Based on the choices filled by students, the AP EAMCET Seat Allotment 2026 was published by the APSCHE on August 9, 2026. The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) conducts the counselling process for students who qualified for the AP EAMCET 2026 exam. Students who have passed the AP EAMCET 2026 exam can register for the counselling process. APSCHE has announced the AP EAMCET counselling dates for BiPC and MPC on the official website - eapcet-sche.aptonline.in/EAPCET/.

AP EAMCET Counselling 2026

  • Candidates who have qualified the AP EAMCET 2026 examination in both engineering and agriculture streams are eligible to participate in the counselling round.
  • The counselling process for AP EAMCET 2026 is conducted separately for MPC (Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry) and BiPC (Biology, Physics, and Chemistry) courses. The specific AP EAMCET Counselling Dates for MPC and BiPC will be announced by the conducting body.
  • AP EAMCET counselling fee for the General/OBC category is INR 1200 while for SC/ST category, the counselling registration fee is INR 600.
  • For candidates in the Engineering (MPC) category, AP EAMCET result can be downloaded provided they have passed the Regular Intermediate Examination. Candidates who passed the Intermediate Supplementary Examination can also download their rank cards. 
  • Similarly, for Agriculture & Pharmacy courses (BiPC), candidates who passed the Regular Intermediate Examination can download their rank cards from the official website. Those who passed the Intermediate Supplementary Examination can access their AP EAMCET rank cards from the official website too.
  • Candidates who have qualified in AP EAPCET 2026 but were not assigned a rank must fill and submit the declaration form.
  • The AP EAMCET 2026 scores will hold 100% weightage in determining the overall ranking for admission to Engineering, Agriculture, or Pharmacy programs for the academic year 2026-27.

In the AP EAMCET Counselling 2026 process, physically handicapped students will be given priority in the following order with a 3% horizontal reservation for Physically Handicapped in each group, namely O.C's, B.C's, S.C's, and S.T's, in a cyclic manner.

The reservation order is as follows:

a. 1% for Visually Handicapped (PH-V)

b. 1% for Hearing impaired (PH-H)

c. 1% for Orthopedically Handicapped (PH-O)

Note 1:

The reservation will be implemented in a rotational order as follows:

  1. If there are no candidates in the visually impaired category, the position may be filled by a candidate from the hearing impaired category.
  2. If candidates who are hearing-impaired are not available, candidates from the orthopedically handicapped category may fill the position.

This reservation system aims to provide equal opportunities and support to physically handicapped students in the AP EAMCET Counselling 2025, ensuring that vacancies in each category are filled appropriately based on availability.

Note 2:

Candidates having the following flaws will not be accepted into engineering or pharmacy programmes:

a) Mentally retarded
b) Blindness
c) Deaf and Dumb
d) Chronic Heart, Lung, Kidney, Liver diseases
e) Muscular dystrophy

AP EAMCET Local/Non-Local Status

Candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria to participate in the AP EAMCET counselling process. Interested candidates can check the eligibility requirements to participate in the counselling process of the AP EAMCET exam below:

  • The primary requirement is that the candidate must have successfully cleared the AP EAMCET exam and obtained a rank.
  • Students should have completed their 10+2 examination with relevant subjects from a recognized board or institute.
  • Candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in their 10+2 exam (40% for candidates belonging to reserved categories).

Registration

The first step is to register for the AP EAMCET 2026 counselling process. The registration will begin after the declaration of the result. Eligible students will be able to register for the counselling session on the official website of APSCHE. The steps to register are as follows:

  • Visit the official website of APSCHE and click on EAPCET-2025 admission
  • Then, click on the AP EAMCET 2026 Counselling Registration link
  • Enter details like Hall Ticket number and date of birth
  • The counselling registration form will appear on the screen after submitting the above details
  • Fill in the details as asked in the registration form and upload all required documents
  • Pay the AP EAMCET counselling fee: General/OBC - INR 1200; SC/ST: INR 600
  • Submit the form

Note: 

  1. If there are no errors in the provided information, the candidate can proceed by accepting the declaration and will then be directed to the "Processing fee payment gateway."

  2. Upon selecting "Yes" from the drop-down box and clicking the submit button, candidates have the option to make changes if they discover any errors in their information. They can use this provision to update the relevant data and upload the necessary document proofs online. Once the corrections are made, the candidate can accept the declaration again.

  3. After accepting the declaration, the candidate will be directed to the payment portal to complete the processing fee payment.

Certificate/Document Verification

  • After the registration process, the next step is certificate/document verification. 
  • The documents are verified through web services. 
  • Candidates who will not receive a login ID and registration number will have to go to the helpline centres for document verification. It must be noted that candidates will not receive a login ID and registration number only if they failed to provide complete documents with eligibility criteria as mentioned in the notification. 
  • But such candidates can visit the helpline centres with the original and photocopies of their documents.
  • After document verification, candidates will receive a receipt that they must keep with them until final admission.

Choice Filling & Choice Locking

The third step is to fill in the preferred college and course choice. The choice-filling & choice-locking process is conducted after the successful conclusion of the document verification process. The choice filling & choice locking process is as follows:

  • Before filling in the choices, candidates have to register and create a new password
  • Log in with the link available on the official website
  • Enter details like registration number, hall ticket number, and date of birth
  • Submit the details to successfully log in
  • Select preferred courses and colleges
  • Candidates must lock the choices once they are confirmed about courses and colleges they want to admission to.

Seat Allotment

The AP EAMCET Seat Allotment result is released after the choice filling & choice locking process. Candidates are allotted seats based on the rank they achieved in the AP EAMCET exam 2026 and colleges/courses preference they filled out in the application form. 

After the seat allotment result is announced, students will have the option to accept/freeze/upgrade/withdraw their seat. Students who will accept the seat will have to report to the allotted college. Students who are not satisfied with the allotted seat can participate in further rounds of AP EAMCET Counselling 2026.

Payment of Fees

The last step is to pay the admission fee to the allotted college to confirm the admission.

During the AP EAPCET counselling process, candidates have to go through certificate verification. For the purpose of verification, aspirants are required to go to AP EAMCET help line centres except in these four cases: 

  • Case 1 - Certificates are already verified through web services and no change is required in the data.
  • Case 2 - Certificates are already verified through web services and change is required in the data.
  • Case 3 - Candidate who data is not verified through online
  • Case 4 - Candidates who belong to PWD, CAP, Scouts&Guides, NCC and Sports and Games whose data is not verified through online. In respect of Case 4, candidates must go to Government Polytechnic, Vijayawada with all original certificates & two sets of Xerox copies as per the schedule.

The choice-filling process during AP EAMCET counselling involves selecting your preferred colleges and courses based on your rank and eligibility. Here are some general instructions to follow during the choice-filling process:

  1. Research and Understand: Before starting the choice-filling process, it is important to research and gathers information about various colleges and courses available through AP EAMCET counselling. Consider factors such as college reputation, course curriculum, infrastructure, faculty, and placement opportunities to make an informed decision.
  2. Check Seat Availability: Check the availability of seats in different colleges and courses. This information is usually provided on the official AP EAMCET website. Knowing the availability will help you make realistic choices.
  3. Prioritize Choices: Make a list of your preferred choices based on your interests and career goals. Consider the order of priority carefully, as you will be allotted a seat based on your choices and rank.

Candidates have to produce original and two photocopies of all documents during the counselling process. The list of documents required during the counselling process is as follows:

3) Memorandum of Marks (Inter or its equivalent).
4)  Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or its Equivalent Memo).
5)  Transfer Certificate ( T.C)
6)  Study Certificate from VI to Intermediate
7)  EWS certificate valid for the year 2026-27 from MeeSeva for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under the EWS category
8)  Residence certificate for the preceding 7 years of the Qualifying examination i.e. Inter or its equivalent in respect of Private candidates.
9)  Andhra  Pradesh  Residence  Certificate of father/mother for a  period of  10  years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar in respect of Non-Local Candidates.
10) Integrated Community Certificate, in case of BC/ST/SC issued by the competent authority.
11)  Income certificate of parents from all sources issued on or after 01.01.2020 or White Ration card (candidate name and either of the parents' name has to be reflected in the ration card) for those who claim tuition fee reimbursement)
12)  Local status certificate (if applicable)i.e a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana from 02-June-2014 to on/before 01-June-2024 shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

The AP EAMCET Seat Allotment result will be released on August 6, 2026. The Seat allotment result is published online on the official website. Candidates who have been allotted seats in the AP EAMCET Counselling 2026 will have to report to the allotted college. The seat allotment result is released based on the candidate's merit, category, availability of seats, and choices filled. The allotment is done through a computerized process that considers these factors. 

As per the AP EAMCET Counselling dates, the classes will start from August 10, 2026.

The AP EAMCET exam 2026 is of 160 marks. Candidates must score 40 marks out of 160 in order to qualify the examination. However, to obtain a rank #1 candidate must score at least 150 marks.
